Welcome to Harbor Springs! Three floors, 4 bedrooms + sofabed, 2.5 baths, full kitchen + dishwasher, washer & dryer, sliding glass doors to gorgeous wooded view on every floor (balconies on main and upper, walk-out on lower level). Exceptionally clean and sanitized. Heated outdoor pool (summer only), tennis and playground are free on site. Adjacent Viewlands Park, miles of walking & bike trails. Tidy, clever décor, thoughtfully stocked for your home away from home, coffee, towels, soaps, blow dryer, games, band-aids... so kick back and enjoy! Night on the town in Petoskey or Harbor Springs? Have a blast! I'm a personal driver, too. Just arrange rides with me by text.

Two families stayed here for a weekend soccer tournament. The location was great, the pool was loved by the kids, the space itself was great and allowed us to cook and relax during a hectic game filled weekend!

I'm Suzanne Perry and I live about a mile from the property, always available to assist you with your perfect vacation. I drive Lyft or for you privately by arrangement. I'm a freelance corporate communications consultant and my company is called Excellent Point.

Why they chose this property

There is so little available for rent in this area, I found it was better to have my own extended housing to accommodate visiting family and friends, then rent it to guests when we don't need it. I use the property for tennis whether I have guests or not, it's the greatest!

What makes this property unique

Harbor Springs is the crown jewel of Michigan, but Petoskey has the nightlife… this condo is right between both on a beautiful slope overlooking the bluest water you've ever seen, with a golf course as a front lawn. Restaurants and shops either way you venture. Little Traverse Wheel Way is a paved cycling/walking path nearby, and Petoskey State Park sandy beach is 5 minutes away. We're right along the snowmobile trails in winter, just 5 minutes to the ski slopes (Nubs Nob + Boyne Highlands), fireplace ready for you. Perfect!
