Absolutely beautiful house, loved our stay. The house is situated in a fantastic area, very near the subway with Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby including a coin laundry if needed. Would definitely stay again here and would highly recommend. Only hiccup was with communication with the host but did not effect our stay . Would highly recommend.

First, the location of this home is perfect. While the house itself is very simple, the reprieve from the busy city was welcome. Please note there are no couches or love seats to sit on, this is truly an authentic experience. The home was clean, had ample heating and cooling, and was very comfortable.

Property is very centrally located to the subway, Nishiki Market, and other local shops and restaurants. The place itself was very charming and spacious. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more classical place to stay while in Kyoto.

We had a wonderful welcome and check out by a young employee speaking good English. He spent extra time at the beginning to answer many questions.We were disappointed because the emergency phone number was not responding when we needed it It would be nice to have a little better kitchen facility
