Stylish beach retreat: Enjoy ocean views and comfortable, Scandinavian design from this newly renovated villa located steps from the beach and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This well-appointed villa features a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, new flooring, tiled walk-in shower and separate bedroom with a desk perfect for checking emails or getting a little work done before heading to the beach. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and a 50-inch TV in the bedroom. You can enjoy ocean-view dining on the balcony or at the kitchen island. There is plenty of closet space, games, puzzles, books, beach chairs and two bikes available for your use. Seaside Villas is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. The complex offers an elevator and laundry facilities.
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly. The management company is very strict and there is $500.00 fine per day per pet

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

The host was fantastic to work with and responded quickly to all questions we had regarding our stay. The room was exactly as described and was very welcoming. It is only a short walk to the beach and walkable access to many stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool despite the record-high temperatures during our stay. If you arrive late at night, it can be difficult to see the room numbers. I really appreciated that the room had everything we needed, including dishes, a hairdryer, beach chairs, and beach towels. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a short stay for one or two people. Excellent location, with walking distance to Coligny Circle and on the beach. Cute and updated property in an older building.

The condo was as advertised, nice, clean, perfect, and had a beach view. Kendall even checked in after we got situated to make sure we had everything we needed! Everything was communicated superbly, and the bikes were a nice bonus to ride trails around the island. Also, the beach is awesome and just steps away! Loved it!

Great place steps from the beach! Close to everything and walkable. Place was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need for dining in. Bikes were a great bonus but we never used them due to the weather but It is a great money saver to have them included. I would recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Clean and Perfect for a Couple

Great working with the owners who were very responsive and clear throughout the rental process and our stay. Location can't be beat and the condo was as exactly as advertised which is always a nice thing. Would definitely recommend for a couple getaway.

Great condo @ Seaside Villas

This was one of the best small condos that we've stayed in recent years at HHI. Very convenient, clean and well furnished. We will certainly look for it again when traveling as a couple.
