About this property

Newly built 2 bedroom with stunning mountain views. Open concept kitchen and living room make a great place to gather and relax. After a day of mountain activities unwind in your private hot tub. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

This is a 2 bedroom side of a 6 bedroom house. There may or may not be guests in the 4 bedroom suite during your stay. Shared driveway.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 4 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 2 parking spots and no street parking allowed.
