Great place for peace and quiet

We travelled with 4 families for a few days and had a fantastic time at the residence. It has lots of space, specially for the kids, and is equipped with everything you might need. We would love to come back soon!

Cute and rustic

It was like taking you back into time. Very cute cottage with lots of room for a large family. Quiet and peaceful, grocery store is about a 10 minute drive in the next closest town.

Very nice house, perfect with kids!

We stayed here for four days with our friends (12 adults, three kids) and were lucky to have perfect summer weather, so we were able to use the beautiful garden for dinner and barbecue. Especially the kids liked the garden very much, as there is a ping-pong table and rockets for badminton, balls, and a huge trampoline. The interior of the house is very nice, too! I guess the owner is an interior designer, so the decoration, patterns and the colors of each room perfectly match each other. It is a wonderful country house and we hope to stay here again some time. Thanks to Sandra for the alsways helpful support and all the best to you! Sncerely, S.B.

Great base for a bouldering trip with friends

18 of us stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved having the large garden, especially the outdoor games on offer. The house itself was really nice with a good size lounge, well appointed kitchen and separate dining room. The local village is very quiet and the nearest town has a great bakery and a few supermarkets. If you're visiting the area to boulder, there's one spot only a ten minute drive away (Buthiers Piscine) and many more great options within easy driving distance. The only thing I'd advise is going with a slightly smaller group, 15 max. It's really only big enough for that many as there's not quite enough spaces around the dining table nor seats in the lounge to fit 18 and three people have to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Also, 3 bathrooms between 18 is a stretch. Communicating with the owner was very easy, they were really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay here again, with a slightly smaller group!

Wir waren eine große Gruppe an Freunden mit Kindern und hatten ausreichend Platz in dem schönen Haus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin und anderen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

La maison est au calme agréable à vivre avec un gd nb de chambres , bien agencées propres chouette decoTrès bien équipée que ce soit en vaisselle ustensiles de cuisine four bbq etc À 18 mn du golf d'augerville et 25 de cely qui sont 2 beaux golf. Nous n'avons pas eu le tempe ni la météo pour profiter du jardin qui a l'air sympa ni des alentours à part les golfs

Un rêve de campagne

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour célébrer les 20 ans de notre fils en famille, nous étions 16. Les informations et la logistique pour accéder à la maison ont été facilités par la disponibilité et l’écoute de Sylvie notre contact. J’avais passé commande (une semaine avant l’évènement) au traiteur du supermarché local les repas du samedi midi et samedi soir ainsi que le gâteau d’anniversaire. Sur place, nous avons découvert une maison chaleureuse, agréable à vivre et très bien équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Tous unanime pour dire qu’on recommence demain pour une autre occasion, au même endroit et en partenariat avec le traiteur local.

Un séjour au top!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte spacieux et confortable. Le jardin est très agréable, avec de nombreux jeux. L'intérieur est bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreux loisirs et visites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la base de loisirs de Buthiers et le château de Fontainebleau. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Une maison au top!

Un endroit où l’on s’est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. La maison est chaleureuse et confortable. Nous avons bien profité de la cheminée. Et du piano aussi ! Rien à redire sur les equipements, complets et en nombre. Une petite parenthèse de calme. Merci pour l’accueil. À refaire.

Photographies plus flatteuses que la réalité. Chemin d’entrée barré par une chaîne cadenassée : à l’arrivée, on peut soit enjamber la chaîne en portant les valises, soit glisser sur la boue en la contournant. Chauffage insuffisant et impossible à augmenter car géré à distance par les propriétaires. Bois facturé en plus si l’on voulait se réchauffer en faisant un feu…Matelas d’une épaisseur très limitée et donc peu confortables. Un sommier absent, prétendument cassé la veille mais déjà absent sur les photos de février dernier… Mot sur le frigo qui enjoint de mettre un bon avis (précision écrite : 4/5 = mauvais avis). Et effectivement, la gérante a refusé toute remise en cause, et nous a assaillis de sollicitations visant a retirer l’avis critique que l’un des convives avait eu l’outrecuidance de publier. Décevant pour ce qui est de la prestation, et franchement insupportable concernant le comportement a posteriori de la gérante.

Du charme

Cet ensemble de maison ancienne a du caractère. Dans un ancien village d'habitations (vous n'y trouverez aucun commerçant mais commodités accessibles en voiture à 15 mn), c'est le calme complet au milieu des champs de blé et de betterave. Parfais pour se retrouver entre amis.

Une location trop contraignante

Le logement en soi est très bien : agréable, convivial, bien équipé... Cependant, il a été très compliqué pour nous d'y séjourner de manière "apaisée" durant ne serait-ce qu'un week-end de 2 jours. En effet, bien que la propriétaire et son assistante se soient montrées relativement réactives dans nos échanges, il m'a été envoyée quasiment 50 pages de documents à lire (41 pages d'état des lieux, un livret d'entrée / de sortie,...), ce qui a rendu les infos importantes complétement illisibles et inaccessibles. Pour une location d'un week-end uniquement, cela me parait grandement inadapté. De plus, au sein de la maison, il y avait tout un tas de règles à respecter qui n'étaient pas stipulées auparavant sur Abritel et qui engageaient des frais supplémentaires. Par exemple, il y avait une cagnotte / tirelire pour y mettre de l'argent en cas de casses ou de consommation (1e un verre ordinaire, 3e un verre de vin ordinaire, 3e une flûte, 10e une tasse ou un bol, 5e une assiette blanche ordinaire, 15e une autre assiette ou verre, 3e une bûche de bois consommée,...). Il y avait aussi un forfait de 50e appliqué si quelqu'un oubliait quelque chose; auxquels devaient s'ajouter les frais d'envois postaux. Il y avait également un forfait de 150e en cas de non rangement d'une pièce extérieure (réserve)... Cela me semble inadapté lorsque vous mettez votre maison en location, voire abusif. D'autant que le prix initial est loin d'être "low-cost". A noter également que la location peut être réservée pour 18 personnes (14 + 4 personnes en supplément) alors qu'il n'y a que 15 vrais lits. De faux matelas (type matelas pour transats) peuvent-ils être considérés comme "lits"?? D'autant que pour l'explication, j'avais effectivement réservé pour 18 personnes puis j'ai sollicité la propriétaire pour annuler le supplément des 4 personnes (annulation dû aux contraintes sanitaires liées au Covid-19) qui a finalement uniquement accepté de me rembourser 2 places sur les 4; sachant très bien que les lits n'en étaient pas de réels... Bref, le logement en lui-même est très bien, mais les règles le rendent invivables.

maison agréable malgré le manque d'entretien

point négatif : - la chambre du bas est inutilisable.il y a deux matelas l’un sur l’autre en plus du sommier sur le lit de 160 cm ce qui le rend très haut et très mou. Nous devions faire dormir une personne de 90 ans, ce qui n’a pas été possible. - rideau de la salle à manger abimé, les tiroirs de cuisine abimés, pieds des tables basses bancales, morceaux de polystyrène et torchons dans le jardin - nous avons eu froid le premier jour - la salle à manger peut contenir 12 personnes, pour plus c'est compliqué point positif: -maison propre et lumineuse -beaucoup de vaisselles -chambres à l’étage agréable avec bonne literie -la salle de bain et les deux salles de douches sont pratique et bien entretenus. dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce gîte soit très agréable.

Maison très agréable pour un we entre amis avec de jeunes enfants Grand jardin, trampoline, cuisine équipée, siège bébé... Par contre il faut penser à prendre un anti moustique car nous sommes tous revenus dévorés !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description! Elle est très bien équipée et propre. Les équipements de jardin sont en très bon état et son très agréables. Mention spéciale à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
