Great location right on the cape bay side beach. The deck is wonderful, especially to enjoy a nice dinner at sunset. Sunrise is equally beautiful! Fair warning for those that are elderly and mobility impaired that this house is challenging, particularly the low/deep seats that can be hard to stand up from. The stairs to the beach are fine for those that are mobile but would likely be tough for older people. The water is also a fair walk away though some deep sand. The house itself is in need of some maintenance and thorough cleaning, notably one of the older bathrooms. Obviously this place is about the location and it would be a great choice for a younger family with children willing to accept the older and rough condition of the interior. The private beach is a treat!

Late summer getaway

The house is lovely, very nicely decorated and the beach/view are fabulous. Great place to enjoy nature and some quiet time.
