We had a wonderful stay! The house was great and the hot tub was a huge hit! Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we appreciated the detailed guide at the house for using all the amenities and for local attractions.
Our stay was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for the seven of us! We enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing shower! The large living room was an added bonus for hours of play time for the kids! The house was decorated very inviting and all details were accounted for! We can’t wait to book again!
The property was amazing. Close to the beach. The backyard was great to relax after a long day at the beach. The front porch was a great spot for morning coffee. Would 10/10 recommend the house
This place was perfect for our girls weekend! We were only minutes away from the Castle in the Clouds where we hiked; Buckey’s was around the corner for a nice dinner, the beach was a short walk to see Winnepesaukee (my FAVORITE lake!). The 3 of us were super impressed with the whole place: clean, roomy, comfortable beds, great shower & the hot tub was amazing after a day on the hiking trails. The binder was accurate, which made things easier for us. Would love to go back!
We had a fantastic stay! The house was everything we could have asked for—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!
We stayed here between Christmas and New Years and it was just what the doctor ordered! A perfect place to relax. The host was very fast to respond to all questions!
This property is exactly as advertised. Nice location a short walk to the lake. The beds are very comfortable. There is a fire pit and hot tub as well. We would definitely stay here again
I am very impressed with this property! I am very picky about where I stay, and I have never felt more comfortable staying somewhere that wasn’t home. The house is extremely clean and perfectly located. We had a question and the property manager answered within seconds and was able to help us! A quick walk to the private community beach(very well maintained) and community recreation spots. This is somewhere I would absolutely love to go again.
Overall stay was perfect & equipped with everything we needed especially the woodstove! Hot tub rules were easy to follow & enjoyable time while it snowed. Communication between the owners was very easy & they responded back fairly quick. Looking forward to spending another weekend in the summertime!
This home was everything I wanted… and more!!! Our group was so impressed with the amenities, cleanliness and communication with the host. It was so beautifully decorated as well. We will totally be coming back soon!
We had a fantastic weekend at the lake! The house was comfortable, spotless and well laid out, the pictures do not do it justice! The location is perfect, easy to walk or drive to the lake and an awesome backyard to relax in, play games, use the hot tub and make s’mores at the fire pit. The front porch is a peaceful place to relax in the morning with coffee. The owners were great to work with, incredibly informative, kind and helpful. We would absolutely love to stay again and recommend this to anyone traveling with friends and kids!
Great lake access ! House is small , back area great
The owner of the property was a pleasure to work with an extremely helpful very available for any requests
The home is extremely clean and a 10 minute walk or very short drive to the lake
There is only one pass to the lake so if you have more than one car, this could be a problem
The air-conditioning does not reach one of the bedrooms very well, so it is extremely hot in the bedroom that is adjacent to the back yard
The kitchen is very small, I would recommend this is more suitable for four people than seven, there is a pull out couch that turns into a bed but the location is awkward and it's in the kitchen. It's really basically one open room, with bedrooms off of it
There's a nice fire pit in the back if the weather is not too hot that's a big plus
And a nice big table for eating in the back and the hot tub again if it's not too hot, it's very clean
The neighborhood is nice and quiet overall , there is a porch with a couple of comfortable chairs in the front, which is shady.
If you're not going to be in the house that much, then this is a great base to spend lots of time at the lake or doing other activities.
Do Not Rent - Hot Tub not safe - local contact blew off scheduled appointment, mgmt was indifferent
Not enough towels (4) for confirmed guests (7). Hot tub chemicals caused severe skin irritation and is not kept up (Dirty, low water, unknown chemical levels). Local contact (Shelton) blew off scheduled visit to drop off towels and check hot tub condition. He was contacted initially with a single text (which he ignored) and a phone call 24 hours later (which he answered) and agreed to come over on day two at a set time, between 2:30 and 3pm, to bring towels and check chemical levels. Local Contact then missed scheduled appointment, said they were "on our way" after an hour, then never showed up or responded again.
Hot Tubs break down, I get that. But having the local contact dismiss concerns, confirm simple things like bringing over sufficient towels, then blowing us off and never following up is very unprofessional. It's not irrational to expect that the major feature of a rental listing be kept up, or to request someone take a look after causing skin irritation.
Management company responded to all emails by asking us to reach out to local contact. I am sure they will respond to this saying how sorry they are about this experience and that they will look into it, but I am skeptical after what I have heard from them so far.

Hi Bart, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We were sorry to hear that you had an allergic reaction to the hot tub chemicals. I can confirm our guest contact was very responsive each time you reached out, after speaking with you, he immediately contacted me the homeowner to discuss the issues and indicated he was in close contact with you and was going on-site. We have never had this complaint before, so we were surprised to hear there was an issue with the hot tub. We continue to test the hot tub water after every visit to ensure all levels are as they should be. Our property management records the tests and adds any necessary chemicals as needed on a weekly basis.
- We provide four hot tub towels and twelve other towels for our guests to use at all times, and should the guests need additional we provide a washer and dryer so guests can recycle them as needed. However, we take your comment seriously and have provided an additional 12 hot tub towels for guest use.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
