Step outside onto one of the multiple ocean-facing balconies, where loungers invite you to soak up the sun or enjoy a quiet sunrise with a warm drink in hand. Follow the private boardwalk for direct beach access just steps from the back door, or savor golden-hour cocktails on the upper patio while the sun sets over the marsh. A large balcony with dining space offers the perfect setting for grilled dinners and fresh ocean breezes.
For those bringing a boat, there’s parking on the lava rock area near the lower level. The nearby Devils Elbow Fishing Resort also offers launch access (guest-coordinated).

Entertainment and Gathering Spaces
The main living area features a bright, open floor plan with sweeping ocean views and cozy, ample seating. A convertible table serves as both a poker and bumper pool table - perfect for casual game nights. For something more cinematic, the private theater room includes a 60-inch screen and four oversized recliners, complete with an HDMI hookup for your own devices or game consoles.

Kitchen and Dining
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for preparing group meals, with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a stove, oven, griddle, microwave, toaster, and a full suite of cookware and utensils. Serve breakfast at the kitchen bar (seating for four), or gather around the large dining table for family-style dinners.

Sleeping Arrangements
Designed with both privacy and comfort in mind, the home sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms:
Primary Oceanfront Suite: King-size bed, two full en-suite bathrooms ("his and hers"), and private access to a balcony and boardwalk.

Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen bed, private en-suite bath, and tranquil sea views.

Intracoastal-View Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony for taking in breathtaking sunset views.

Lower-Level Bunk Room: Two queen-over-queen bunk beds, an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/bath combo, plus an additional powder room - ideal for kids or shared group space.

Comforts and Extras
This home is thoughtfully equipped for longer stays and large groups. Guests have access to two laundry areas (a stackable set inside and a full-size set in the garage), fast WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, and smart home safety features including smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. Beach chairs & towels are provided to make outings effortless.

Accessibility and Parking
Guests with mobility considerations will appreciate the elevator, providing easy access to the upper floors. There’s ample parking on-site, just six steps from the main entrance off scenic A1A.
