The kitchen is large with all the amenities you would need in a home. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open and inviting you to come in and kick your feet up and relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TVand an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are on the other side of the house from the master bedroom, with the guest bathroom and walk-in shower between them. The enclosed lanai is just waiting for you to curl up with a good book and enjoy a glass of wine. In the evening you can go to the Brownwood Paddock Square, to enjoy the live music, restaurants, and have a drink or two during happy hour.
