This is a wonderful, comfortable two bedroom cottage built in 1926. It's been fully updated and furnished with your comfort in mind. The promenade and beach are a mere 1/2 block from the house. Build a bon fire on the beach or stroll down the promenade to the very vibrant downtown Seaside, only minutes away (six blocks). The Seaside Aquarium is literally around the corner!

The master bedroom offers to you a King size Casper mattress, the most comfortable mattress on the market. Sleeping in the second bedroom? There's a Casper mattress for you too! It's Queen size, but just as comfy! The third bed is a sofa sleeper.

You can't count on sunshine at the Oregon coast, so we have plenty of things for you to do when you're in the house. Enjoy Dish Network on a big screen HD TV, or stream your favorite show through our Google TV/Chromecast. There are plenty of board games and books to keep you and your family entertained. A high speed internet connection with WiFi is ready for you to connect all your devices.

Fun Family Visit

My mother in law and a family friend were visiting from Florida and Michigan, so we decided to bring them to the beach for the weekend. We had a lovely time in this cute little beach house that is just a half block from the beach. The home met all our needs and we loved that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Animal hair in the bed and blankets or man’s hair in the bed looks like the never changed the washing machine have the same problem with the hair

Nice cottage walk to the beach

This is a very nice cottage about 500 yards from the beach. The cottage was clean and bright. The deck and grill are nice features. Felt like home and family wanted to stay longer! Parking for two vehicles and onsite laundry is a plus. Will definitely stay again.

This Vrbo was exactly what we needed for our girls birthday trip! Enough spave for family of 4 and 2 big dogs. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do! Carousel Mall, coffe shops, beach, aquarium, restaurants!Vrbo also had some hidden treasures like where's waldo and other small toys my 5 year old enjoyed

Perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

A friend coming from WA and I met up here, and had such a nice, relaxing stay. We our well-traveled dogs with us, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. The kitchen had any sort of utensils we could need, and the deck & bbq make me want to return during the warmer months so we can sit out & enjoy the sea breeze.

Perfect for our family!!

This cute little house was the perfect location, perfect size and perfect for our family and dogs. We enjoy how close it was to the beach and downtown. Parking was no hassle and were able to walk to everything.. Thank you for a great place to stay for a beautiful week!

A great centally located place

Easy drive up and walk to beach or downtown restaurants. This house had everything we asked for plus. I have to say that our age range was 68-81 and the front steps were a bit of a challenge, there are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground for older folks. We didn't think we needed "disabled" access but some easy access would have helped. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect location. The AM/PM routines for our huskies was seamless as the walk was peaceful and so close to the promenade and beach. Amenities were generous as we enjoyed cooking nightly. Watched College football as well as MNF which delighted the husband. Quiet neighborhood charm was just what we needed. Would recommend highly !!

Not able to stay

We booked our stay one day before leaving. Our 1 yo daughter came down with a high fever the morning we were supposed to leave, and we spent the day at the doctors. I alerted the owner we wouldn't be able to stay, and asked if we could come another time. He said no. When I asked if we could at least get the cleaning fee back, since it wouldn't need to be cleaned, he never responded.

Two thumbs up!

This house is the perfect get away for a family of 4 to 6. There is a great mud room before entering the house to knock off all the sand, as well as all kinds of beach goodies like toys, balls, and chairs. Inside there is a comfortable living room with a breakfast bar separating the living room and kitchen. Plenty of counter space to enjoy those great family meals at the beach.great deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a grill. The bedrooms were great size and the beds were super comfy. You’re probably 25 yards to the beach, just a straight shot from the driveway to the beach. About a 3 to 5 minute walk to broadway and the promenade. Super chill when we were there, but I would think this is great come the busy season. Low foot traffic and just close enough to walk to everything, and far enough away from noise. We determined our family will stay here any chance we can. This house gets two thumbs up.

Break away without fighting

The house was in a nice location. very central close to the beach and shopping activities. It was clean and had everything we needed. On the first day which was a rainy day , we were all happy to in and just get know each other again. You see my daughter and son just returned stateside. We had not seen each other for any length of time for about eight years. We stayed and played games had good food and just lounged around. The second day of stay was not as wet. We were able to go down to the beach and spend a couple of hours out there. It was peaceful and the dogs were comfortable. They got to run around and have a great time. The neighbors were quiet and were friendly willing to chat it up a little bit. Our goal for this getaway was to rest, recharge, spend some time with my daughter and son-in law. We spent three days together and my husband and myself succeeded in spending the weekend together without responding to the stressors of of our day to day life. I will definitely be back again and would recommend this host to all of friends and family. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

We love Seaside. It's only 1.5 hours away from the Portland area and is the quintessential beach town. Seaside offers everything we looked for in a beach town.

What makes this property unique

Our house is our second home. We set it up so we could visit at any time and not have to worry about bringing a bunch of things with us. We want this to be the same for our renters. We want our guests to feel at home at our house and we make it as easy as possible to do that. We also have an easy entrance system in place so there's no need to stop by and pick up a key. We want your stay to be as relaxing and trouble-free as possible.
