This is a wonderful, comfortable two bedroom cottage built in 1926. It's been fully updated and furnished with your comfort in mind. The promenade and beach are a mere 1/2 block from the house. Build a bon fire on the beach or stroll down the promenade to the very vibrant downtown Seaside, only minutes away (six blocks). The Seaside Aquarium is literally around the corner! 

The master bedroom offers to you a King size Casper mattress, the most comfortable mattress on the market. Sleeping in the second bedroom? There's a Casper mattress for you too! It's Queen size, but just as comfy! The third bed is a sofa sleeper.

You can't count on sunshine at the Oregon coast, so we have plenty of things for you to do when you're in the house. Enjoy a big screen HD TV with Roku TV,  you're welcome to login to your favorite streaming service. There are plenty of board games and books to keep you and your family entertained. A high speed internet connection with WiFi is ready for you to connect all your devices. 

Going to the beach? We have beach chairs and miscellaneous toys available to you.

Fun Family Visit

My mother in law and a family friend were visiting from Florida and Michigan, so we decided to bring them to the beach for the weekend. We had a lovely time in this cute little beach house that is just a half block from the beach. The home met all our needs and we loved that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Nice cottage walk to the beach

This is a very nice cottage about 500 yards from the beach. The cottage was clean and bright. The deck and grill are nice features. Felt like home and family wanted to stay longer! Parking for two vehicles and onsite laundry is a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

A friend coming from WA and I met up here, and had such a nice, relaxing stay. We our well-traveled dogs with us, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. The kitchen had any sort of utensils we could need, and the deck & bbq make me want to return during the warmer months so we can sit out & enjoy the sea breeze.

We grew up and lived in the Portland area and enjoyed Seaside for most of our lives. Recently, we moved to Phoenix AZ! We hope our house has everything you want and need. If not, please let us know!

Why they chose this property

We love Seaside. It's only 1.5 hours away from the Portland area and is the quintessential beach town. Seaside offers everything we looked for in a beach town.

What makes this property unique

Our house is our second home. We set it up so we could visit at any time and not have to worry about bringing a bunch of things with us. We want this to be the same for our renters. We want our guests to feel at home at our house and we make it as easy as possible to do that. We also have an easy entrance system in place so there's no need to stop by and pick up a key. We want your stay to be as relaxing and trouble-free as possible.
