Quiet Apartment opposite the beach.

We’re away for 6 months from April 25th to September 25th 2023.

Our apartment is available for the full 6 months.

The weekly rent is AU $750 for the fully furnished 2 bedroom apt, including power.
Free wifi included.
Located on the second floor of small complex, in an older very solid block of only five units. Ideal for the professional couple, someone visiting family, or looking to move to a beachside village for awhile. We are opposite Dreamtime Beach with public parks the full length of the beach. There is gym equipment on the park and sheltered areas near the children's playground.
Just 5 units in a quiet block and all very friendly owners.
We have a beautiful garden at the rear of the property where flowers and herbs grow which is shared by everybody.
Plenty of street parking on front and side streets.

There is a front balcony with access from both the dining and lounge, with outdoor table and chairs for entertainment. Pot plants give a private garden effect.

The property is well laid out with a bedrooms, toilet, shower and laundry and one end , while kitchen dining and living are at the front end.
There are ceiling fans in lounge area and both bedrooms.
We leave a heating to give warmth during colder months.

We travel for 6 months every year, as I'm an International Sketch Tutor. So of course we do like someone else to have the chance to enjoy our very convenient apartment in the beachside town of Kingscliff, during the months of April to September.
We have our daughter living in Mullumbimby and she is available to contact if you need.
