This space is a spacious unit close to the beach with a peek at the ocean. Unfortunately the air condition unit cannot keep up. At one point it was 90 degrees. When I told the host of the issue, we were told the inside temperature would drop when the sun went down. Proving they were aware of the issue. Cooking and having family time after 11:00 pm when the unit did cool off is not acceptable . Finding this response unacceptable I made Evolve aware of air conditioning issues. I was then told by the host I could go by a window unit myself and get reimbursed, insane. Once again I reached out to Evolve informing them of the host response. The next afternoon the host did eventually supply a 350ft square ft window conditioner for a very large living space including a bedroom . Temperatures reached 90 after the window unit was installed. When an air conditioning tech did come out nothing changed, we were not made aware of what they concluded. Be aware the out door space is mind boggling, first you walk over a condensation hose to a table next to two large outdoor air conditioning units that put off heat and noise. The floor is a tar roof that actually has soft in a spot, Wires hang down across one wall that are very touchable, low not in the air. This space is totally unsafe for children, and not at an asset to our family as renters. Parking is also a challenge.
