General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Newly renovated home with all the needs of any travelling party. Within 15 minute walk of Blue Line and cab ride away from one of the best Blues bars in Chicago. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The house was super comfortable and clean! Nice, new appliances. This is the first place in Chicago that I've stayed at that has ceiling fans!
My 6-person family (with young kids) had a great stay here. There are multiple levels to get information from (VRBO, RedAwning, AllSet Turnover, the owner), though. This was not an issue until I had specific questions and had some difficulty finding the right entity to answer. This really only affected our check-out - otherwise the stay was great with no issues.

My salon team and I stayed at the property. We loved everything from the minute we walked in. Everything was spotless. The beds were cozy and the outside space was our favorite. So much room to sit outside enjoy dinner or morning coffee. Which for the city is not the normal. This property was a 10/10 for us. Thank you.

The property is super clean and everything is new (laundry and dryer, refrigerator, kitchen, pots, pans, sheets), the decoration is also very nice.
They have extra blankets and the house was stocked with salt, pepper, tea, coffee, some snacks and cleaning supplies.
The communication was great and I got answers right away when I had some questions.
Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions very clear so we didn’t have any problem to enter and exit the property.
The property is very well located, we enjoyed the neighborhood very quietly but that also has some cool bars and restaurants walking distance.
I highly recommend this place.
the first night, the front lock pad kept saying we were entering the wrong code and said to try again later (was more than 5 minutes) before i jumped the gate to access the back door with the keys that were in the lockbox. it was an inconvenience, but luckily we were able to make it work just because we had someone who could jump the fence.tried to message via vrbo app, and property management company led me to contact local host. tried calling twice but wasn’t getting a ring to go through.decor was nice, cleanliness 8/10one bathroom wasn’t an issue for us (7), but it can vary per group would definitely recommend the property as it is located in a good spot if you’re looking to see the city.
