While compact, the space is thoughtfully equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave for light meals and snacks.

Step outside and you’re just moments from local shops, restaurants, and the ferry landing—making this an ideal home base for exploring the island without needing to drive.

Each unit includes one off-street parking space. If additional parking is needed, street parking is available—please observe all posted parking signs.

- Condiments (including salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc. - WI Department of Health requires all condiments removed between each rental)
- Beach Towels (bath towels that we provide are for interior use only)

- Linens provided for Queen bed, guests to provide linens for pull out sofa sleeper
- Bath Towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation
- Complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels, Garbage bags along with Hand Soap & Shampoo/Conditioner
- Mini-split (this unit provides Heat and A/C, please make sure it is on the correct setting that you desire)
- Please note that there is no grill at this unit
- Joni's Beach is two blocks away, if you are going to the beach, please bring beach towels (bath towels provided are for use inside the property only and are not to be taken outside or to the beach)
