Great location and beautiful porch

Loved staying here. You really only had to cross one road to get to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the front porch the most with its comfortable furniture and breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Joe was very easy to work with and had the house set up well.

The home was exceptional. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in OC. Joe, the owner, almost immediately responded to our questions, which is not always the case in rental homes.We’ll certainly try to come back for New Years again if available!.

Great location. Accommodations were good for our family . Loved the front porch. We used it from early mornings to late evenings. Check in was so easy. Garage was amazing for all our beach paraphernalia. And Joe, the owner, could not have been nicer. He checked in on us midweek to make sure we were good.

The house was beautiful! The porch was so great to sit out on. The house was nicely decorated and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would definitely recommend, and might be booking the property for next summer!

Great House

We stayed labor day week 2020. This has been my favorite OC rental. The house is well maintained, clean, and the owner was a great communicator. The garage is oversized, so there is plenty of storage for your beach gear along with your car. It's a very short walk to the beach and there are many things within walking distance walk such as fractured prune donuts, wawa, and bike rentals. The covered deck was great for rainy days. Also, there is a TV in every bedroom so it is very easy to get some personal down time.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It is a great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation.

We have rented in Ocean City for many many years and are so excited to come back as owners. We strive to be owners that we would want to rent from.

Why they chose this property

Our families first starting coming to Ocean City in the 1940s so we got back several generations. We all have great memories of being at the beach, walking the boardwalk and riding bikes in town.

What makes this property unique

You really don’t have to drive anywhere. You can walk to the shops on Asbury, walk to the boardwalk (having to cross only one street) or stroll down to the beach. The short walk to our guarded beach with friends and family is one of the best ways to spend your summer vacation. We are 3 houses in from the corner of 15th street & Central Ave (on the ocean side of Central Ave).
