1750 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) – This 3 bedroom condo has a fantastic location, just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

Lovely stay

We are a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) that was able to for 11 days in March. The house was clean and the location to boardwalk/beach/shopping was excellent. We had one hiccup while staying that was simply out of our control (garage door broke) and the owner responded quickly and had a worker come out immediately to fix. The owner could not have been nicer! We would definitely stay at this same location on our next visit. I did read reviews prior to staying…. And now I understand why most families stay year after year at this house.

Winter getaway

My husband and I came up from Florida for dads 91st birthday. Joe was easy to get in touch with and answer and questions we had. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was ideal and the boardwalk was a short 2 1/2 blocks. We have been coming to Ocean City for Over 40 years and this rental was perfect for us. Peaceful Winter Vacation

I needed a winter getaway and this house was perfect. I love Ocean City at anytime of year and fall/winter are very peaceful and relaxing at the beach. The house was very clean and check in was easy. Joe was extremely timely with all communications. I would recommend renting with him and hope to stay in this house again.

We have rented in Ocean City for many many years and are so excited to come back as owners. We strive to be owners that we would want to rent from.

Why they chose this property

Our families first starting coming to Ocean City in the 1940s so we got back several generations. We all have great memories of being at the beach, walking the boardwalk and riding bikes in town.

What makes this property unique

You really don’t have to drive anywhere. You can walk to the shops on Asbury, walk to the boardwalk (boardwalk shops start 5 blocks up) or stroll down to the beach. The short walk to our guarded beach with friends and family is one of the best ways to spend your summer vacation. We are 3 houses in from the 18th street side of Asbury and there is a traffic light there that adds a safety factor as you, your family or little ones walk to the beach or boardwalk.
