1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished bedroom in my home w/ a split floor plan. So you have a guest wing to yourself. Come with just your clothes, toiletries & fire stick!
Our home backs up to a hillside allowing total privacy while lounging or enjoying the covered outdoor entertaining space with built in gas BBQ & pebble tech pool.
The sunset is amazing and typically is off the pool by 6pm.
Furniture subject to change pending wear/tear.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all ceiling fans, lights & run a/c up to 82 degrees if on. Heat set to 65 if on.
Plug back in any smart light switches & cameras if unplugged. TV’s off. Toilet lids closed and don’t run washer unless you’re able to stay until it’s fully dried.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on gravel Or over night on the street. Smoke away from the house and take butts with you.
Propane tanks locked. tanks propane to use the fire stereo. $30 per tank.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time! This house was terrific with everything from description and more! The owner was very fast with responses when we needed anything! Great place to stay!

Fantastic house for a family!

Staying here was like staying at your best friend’s house! Everything you’d want is there - pool, air hockey, pool table, board games and a wonderful kitchen! I highly recommend staying at Kelly’s Place.

Great location for our golf outing, and, and visit to Waste Management Pheonix Open.

Property had everything we needed for enjoying a golf get away with friends. Conviently located in relation to local golf courses we had plans to play. Plenty of rooms so everyone had a place to crash after a long day out in the sun. Lots of entertainment options to keep you occupied inside if weather is bad as well, such as pool table, video games, shuffle board and other games. Was a bit cool so we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool but yard looked like also had plenty of options for outside entertainment. Owners very responsive with directions and answers to any questions.

It was perfect!

The house was perfect for the family to spend Christmas... there was something for all ages to do. From minutes away shopping to playing ping pong and shuffle board at the house... the only that needed to change was the weather being from Indiana we expected it to be warmer but it was warmer at home... if ever in Arizona again I would definitely stay there.

Wonderful property!

Walking in you felt you were home. Everything you needed in kitchen and baths. If there was any questions, owner responded quickly. Really enjoyed pool every day. Close to shopping and dining. Anthem is very nice area! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again

Such a great getaway!

I spend 5 days/4 nights at this property. My companions and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the house. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was great, and the indoor entertaining areas were just what we needed after a long day in the sun! Speaking of long days in the sun, the outdoor space was fabulous. We spend nearly all day, everyday, in/around the pool. While the pool is small, it is just right for lounging. We used the grill regularly and really enjoyed the outdoor living space. All that and it is just minutes away from Fry's! Kelly was great to work with! We had a little snag initially, but it was more of an issue with the booking site. Kelly took care of everything and worked with me every step of the way. In closing, if you need a relaxing getaway in a warm (ok, hot) climate-reserve this Anthem house now!

Very nice home but needs some TLC.

The owner of the home was very easy to work with prior to our stay. However upon our arrival at 6:00PM the "so called" house cleaners were still there. After they left, and upon doing an inspection of the house, we found that almost all the towels in the residence smelt moldy like they never were washed. Inside the Casita there was a laundry basket full of dirty sheets and wet towels, they smelt like they had been there for a couple of weeks. We spent the first night in this home washing towels and sheets. The next morning we found the pool to be cloudy, could not see the bottom. I contacted the owner to which she replied "bummer". We ran the cleaner straight for two days and got the pool looking like it should. The home has numbered key pads, ran by batteries, to open and lock the doors. The pad on the main house stopped working and needed new batteries. One would think that the pad is an important item and would not use SUNBEAM batteries, they were replaced by duracells paid by us. Now for the rest, the squeegee in the main bathroom doesn't squeegee any longer. The clock on the kitchen wall is correct twice a day at 8:41. There were several lights out in the master bathroom and bedroom. One of the sinks in the shared area does not work. There were two outside lights in the front of the house burned out. There was way too much food in the refrigerator that was outdated and smelt, through out at least a garbage bag full. Had to make room for the food that we wanted. In the king bedroom the fan chain had been broken some time prior to our arrival so never had the use of the ceiling fan. One last thing, the HVAC was programed allowing the house to warm during the day to 87 degrees and then down to 67 at night, not a very energy efficient home. Again the house was very nice needs some TLC, and maybe move some of the gym equipment to the garage and out of the living room. After other peoples work was done, we enjoyed are stay.

Great location, great property, great people.

We really enjoyed our time spent in Anthem this past January. The home is a large 4 bedroom house with very comfortable furniture and beds. Its location makes it simple and easy to access from anywhere too. The owners of the home were simply fantastic to work with and were quick to answer our questions. And when we needed to stay an extra day they were quick to respond and gracious to extend our stay.

The home was wonderful, plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay!

The house is even better than what the pictures display. It is a lovely home and the outdoor patio area is a great place to spend time. The pool is not heated so depending on the time of year you are there, you might not be able to enjoy a swim, unless you don't mind it pretty cold. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and relaxing

The house was exactly as described and located in a nice neighborhood with everything we needed close by. It was cooler while we were there so we used the outdoor area more for the fire pit than the pool. We loved the spacious living area, and enjoyed some pretty competitive games of shuffleboard. Will definitely stay again when we return to the Phoenix area.

Friends in Anthem

Wow, this house is amazing! Big house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and beautifully decorated. Has a nice sized fully enclosed backyard with pool and loungers. Loved the egg swing! BBQ outside for quick dinners with friends and family. Inside kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Washer and dryer were top of the line and they even included soap for it. Very close to shopping and grocery stores. And downtown Phoenix is a short drive away. A must stay if you are in this area. Owners were very responsive to my emails to rent the property and made sure everything was in place for our stay. Thanks, Kelley and Paul!

I still have roots in Seattle & now Anthem since 2012. We bought this home to retire in but fate had other plans since then. Now I just wander back & forth because I apparently can’t live without seeing my Boys’ cute faces.

Why they chose this property

We were very selective on our hunt for our future retirement home. No stairs, casita for guests, private pool & nice neighborhood. I call it pleasantville and initially my scottsdale friends teased me about their long 20-30 min drive up to my home but now they all prefer to hang out at my local places : ) There are no bad areas to drive through and everything you could need in daily life is within a mile with the exception of the emergency room which is a few exits south (about 8 min to parking lot).

What makes this property unique

The wall to wall tile and hardwoods make this home a very easy home to keep up. The backyard backs up to a desert hillside making the pool/patio time very private ;) There is a shuffleboard uniquely situated between the kitchen and the living room to keep everyone engaged. There are some workout equipment for use including an echelon mirror & bike, rower . Trampoline & lots of yoga bands. movies, books & pool floats in shed.
