Check in and booking was easy. Upon opening the door we realized that there was not 2 bedroom with a separate living space one would expect from a listing that says 2 bedrooms. Please realize that the second bedroom includes the kitchen and dinning area in it. When we first walked in the place seemed clean, but upon further inspection we found a wad of hair on the shower /tub area. The floor left black dirt on our feet. There was damaged wood and dirty base boards. We only stayed here 2 night, but if we had a longer stay we would have left and went somewhere cleaner and with 2 real bedrooms. We brought all of this to the history attention and were told we did not read tlisting and sorry. That is not good business. We believe the listing is inaccurate at best. The place really needs a good cleaning. We definitely will not stay here again. Verbo did all they could for us and agreed that it is not 2 bedrooms. They refunded their part of the cost and gave us points for a future stay. That we greatly appreciated. Their people were kind and worked hard for us but the host refused to compensate us for anything on their end.

Great place to stay and great location. The pool was nice after a long day in the beach and we enjoyed spending time on the dock as well as in the front where there is ample seating and picnic tables.

Excellent location, perfect size for two adults. Easy check in/out procedure. Only negative was lots of flies in room when we checked in and no one working front desk we could communicate with.

Thanks so much for choosing to stay with Seaside Vacations, Isabela! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your time at the Inn! Flies can a a bit of a problem at this time of year as cleaners and inspectors are in and out of properties, but we appreciate the feedback and will relay this to our team to see if we can be better at not allowing them in! We do have a keeper at the Inn, Joanne, who is available during normal business hours, but she will step out of the office at times to inspect rooms. We're sorry if you missed her! Best, Tim

Fabulous Rental

Great stay at the Assateague Inn! The Unit was very well equipped to meet all of our needs! I would rent this very same unit again, primarily because it had 2 bathrooms which is a huge plus! I have been coming to the Inn for 6 years and this was a memorable stay!

Wonderful time

We loved our accommodations. It was as listed. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. This place is so close to so many great restaurants, shops & great Ice Cream. We road all over the Island to explore and enjoyed this. We also took advantage of the great pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable space!

We were pleased with what we found! The space was exactly as advertised and we really liked the fact that the bedroom was completely separate from the kitchenette and second bed. The two bathrooms we also great since it was my wife and I, our daughter and her best friend. The separate space for the adults was super! The cost of the room per night was very reasonable for it being the off season.

Great location, beautiful view

Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2 kids under ten years I think it's great.
