Found this little gem after many days looking. We needed a property walking distance from the convention and right on/off the beach that was reasonably priced. It doesn’t have pool access which was a draw back for my son but the beach is right there. I have to admit the pictures makes the place seem roomy and big. It’s is very small, we had 6 ppl. 2 adults, 3 teens and a 9 yo however we did fit comfortably. The property is clean and updated nicely and provided a hose outside to wash the sand off. Upon arrival immediately inspected the property, bunk bed room was missing a fan remote that I told the host. We never did find it, my daughter sleeps with the fan on so she had to go without but the central air made up for the coolness. All in all this was my 1st time booking Vrbo or a property nonetheless, I usually opt for a beach hotel w/ free breakfast and pool. I would definitely recommend this specific property for those who want a beach house directly on the beach & view and those needing access to the Ronald convention center.

This condo was a fantastic way for us to enjoy Ocean City as two families (4 adults, two 3 year olds and an infant!) The condo is small but with the living room with the big doors to the deck, it doesn't feel like it. Being able to actually see the beach made everything worth it. Unlike the other review, we found the place very clean upon our arrival. We received many texts checking in on us and prompt responses when we asked if there was anything they could do regarding a smoker next door. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the first bedroom's barn door made a very loud noise and would try to automatically close. Also in general, having barn doors with so much space open on the bottom was not ideal for how small the place already is and it being a one bathroom. But like I said, everything else certainly made it worth it!

Everything was great. The location was perfect. Quieter location on the beach. Sitting on the deck and seeing the waves was wonderful. The only complaint is that the place was very dirty. Some of the sheets had been clearly used and not clean as there were crumbs and stains. The floors had food and everything was dusty.
