Welcome to Horizon Retreat, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury home designed and custom-built for the ultimate Moab getaway. With over 3,000 sq. ft. of indoor living and 1,500 sq. ft. of outdoor living space, this property is perfect for large groups and can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests.

Named Horizon for its 360-degree mountain and desert views, this villa offers unmatched comfort and space so that every guest feels like they have the best suite in the house.

For even larger gatherings, Horizon sits next to our 5-Bedroom Escape home and can be rented together to host groups of 30+ guests.

Suite 1 – King bed, en-suite bath with spa-style shower, closet, and 50" Smart TV. Spacious enough for extra guest beds.

Suite 3 – King bed, en-suite bath with spa-style shower, closet, and 50" Smart TV. Spacious enough for extra guest beds.

The house was perfect for our family reunion of 10 people. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and in a lovely setting. We used (and loved) the ping pong table in the large garage; also the spa and hot tub. So fun! Highly recommended!

This home is beautiful and we cant wait to come back to explore more of Moab and stay here again! They had a Happy Anniversary sign for ys in the entry which was a really nice personal touch! The kitchen had everything you needed and the grill was great too! The hot tub was so fantastic for star gazing! There was a meteor shower going on and the sky was nice and dark so we saw dozens of them. Anything we needed to communicate about about, they were right on top of it and so helpful! All in all a wonderful home and experience we cant wait to come back again for! Maybe we'll bring the whole family next time as it is big and fun enough for a large gathering!

Great Moab Getaway

Great home for a group or large family stay—enjoyed the home with 4 couples and it was a great spot to enjoy Moab and relax in the home. The pool deck was amazing and the best hot tub/pool of any vacation home I have rented. The kitchen is well appointed and is larger than it looks in photos, very easy for multiple cooks to work in. Home was clean, bedding/beds were top notch and really appreciated every bedroom having a king bed.

Beautiful spacious house

Our group of 8 active seniors really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, and we did some wonderful star-gazing on the deck by the pool. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved a problem when we first arrived. The location is 10-15 minutes from the center of town in a residential area, but that means no crowds or noise.

Nice House

We took our family for a Moab trip and need a house with plenty of room and space to entertain. This house was perfect for that. The check in and out process was smooth and professional with communication every step of the way. This is a newly constructed house and certainly is the nicest in the neighborhood. They’ve done a good job to give it privacy however, I believe some type of fence or shrubbery to the house to the left (if you’re standing at the front door to enter) would be beneficial. Overall the house was more than we expected and was perfect for what we needed it to do.

The perfect stay for the perfect day

We stayed here with our family the week of our wedding, and hosted an intimate reception here after our ceremony at Dead Horse Point SP. Kenny and Whitney were so helpful with our millions of questions prior to our arrival, and the property was pristine and just as described. Our families fully enjoyed getting to know each other in the space, which allowed for time together as a large group and also plenty of privacy. We made sure to inform the owners as well as the neighbors that we planned to have an event with a larger group, and music that promptly ended at quiet hours (10pm), and everyone was so accommodating. Our guests loved the outdoor patio space and it was the perfect location to wrap up the best day of our lives.

Great stay overall

The house is really nice and was great for our large group of adults and kids. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and we all loved relaxing after a day of hiking. The house is a bit out of the way, but overall not too bad. You can't have the pool and hot tub heater on at the same time, but it wasn't too much of am issue. There were a few items in the house that did not work (toaster, auto blinds) but nothing that affected us too much. The upper deck wasn't really usable as the wood is all warped and water comes up from underneath every time you take a step so we avoided that area.

Large house with some shortcomings

Our experience at this Moab vacation rental revealed nagging quality issues despite its spacious layout. The house had signs of hasty construction, with an unstable oven/microwave unit, reversed kitchen faucet water lines, and inadequate water pressure throughout.There were a few other issues including loose stairs and a warped upstairs patio deck. The hot tub was great but the had unreliable temperature controls, and basic kitchen necessities like a cutting board were missing. The coffee maker was tough to brew coffee in.The property did offer valuable features - a well-maintained pool, generous outdoor space, and enough room to comfortably house our large group.

Best time ever!

The owner Kenny is phenomenal such a good guy!!! So helpful!!!! We are thankful for everything! He has multiple properties and really looks after his guests! He provided paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy with our family and life preservers. We thoroughly enjoyed Ken’s lake so much my son kept wanting to go back everyday to fish there. I enjoyed paddle boarding around the lake and swimming. Our entire family loved swimming at Ken’s lake. We had so much FUN!!!! We hiked to the beautiful waterfall there and the creek it was AMAZING to take a dip! We had so much fun on the Colorado river rafting and floating it was a blast! Kenny’s place is super clean! Super beautiful…..Modern gorgeous hip design! Amazing restaurants near by. We hike to Corona arch no reservation needed, Wilson, Delicate Arch make sure you get your passes ahead of time to get into Arches National Park to see Delicate Arch as you have to have your reservation ahead of time. Moab Giants Dinosaur park was super cool our daughter loved this! Canyonlands is super beautiful so many great hikes and water to enjoy here while staying at this awesome property! Nice house, but has problems

The good: The house is nice, spacious, and has comfortable beds and furniture. The bad: In chilly weather the temperature was hard to manage. When you turn the heat to a comfortable level on main floor, the second floor bedrooms were too hot. Also, the fireplace didn't work. When I informed manager, they just said they thought they had told us, but didn't send anyone to fix it. Also, the pool and hot tub won't both heat at the same time. They had someone come in the morning to turn the heat on in the pool (then the hot tub got cold) then he came back in the evening to switch the heat on in the hot tub (then the pool got cold). Next, the house is in a lower class neighborhood. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the large windows in the main level where one pull out bed is located, or on two windows in front of the bunk beds upstairs. Anyone on the street in front of the house could see into those beds at night if lights in the house are on. Lastly, there is a somewhat jagged suction pipe in the pool which has no cover on it which forcefully sucks in the water. The pipe sticks out 2 or 3 inches into the pool and has sharp edges. Several of us got painful scrapes on our backs or stomachs swimming in the pool as we passed by it. Kids could have been hurt badly. We had to keep them clear away. It is dangerous and needs to be fixed.
