I’m sorry the home felt impersonal and that our communication around your early arrival and checkout was inconsistent. That fell short of our standards. After reading your comments we reviewed and tightened our confirmation and access messaging, retrained the team on check‑in/check‑out procedures, and added extra pre‑arrival and checkout checks to prevent this happening again. We’re sorry about the check-in code error and the issues you encountered with the couch, grill, and outdoor area. After receiving your comments we inspected the living room seating and arranged replacement for the couch. The Blackstone grill and outdoor furniture were cleaned and resealed where needed, and we’ve added basic outdoor-cleaning supplies. The kitchen is now stocked with dish soap, sponges, and drying towels, and we’ve increased the supply of bath/hand towels. We’ve also clarified in the listing that there is no icemaker so guests know ahead of time. Thank you again, your notes help us prioritize improvements to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We would like to clarify that the Wi-Fi has worked Johns entire stay. When he reached out to us, we gave him some troubleshooting tibs and John didn't reply to us until 4 days later. We are still unsure why he couldn't locate the Wi-Fi name at first, but if we were given prompt replies, we would have been happy to have helped John faster. We have it stated that we have SlingTV and guests are always free to log into their own apps if they choose. The propane cylinder for the grill was replaced, and a pre‑arrival fuel check was added. Maintenance cleared the master sink drain and checked the plumbing; a plunger is still supplied if needed. We also restocked full sets of silverware and added a broom to the supply checklist. I'm sorry john had a mediocre stay with us, but I hope future guests see our commitment to our guests with our other reviews. We have 24/7 staff available and highly encourage guests to reach out for any issue or reply back to us so a situation like this doesn't occur again.
