The property is in a great location . Quiet ,peaceful area with just a short walk to the park .Everything was immaculate and there were all kinds of thoughtful extras included ie snacks and many basic necessities . We highly recommend this property

Sunshine and Hot Tub was a really wonderful place to stay. Really nicely appointed and super clean. Lots of little details to make guests feel welcome. We asked for some bed side lamps and they were quickly provided. Loved all the different teas and big bottles of oil and red wine vinegar for easy salads. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Hot tub was a huge bonus and there was a lovely enclosed seating area in the front with a view of the mountains and the planes taking off. Highly recommend Sunshine and Hot Tub!!

Very modern and eclectic with everything in order. Short drive to downtown Nelson. Great dialogue and expedient responses from the host. Hot tub was a nice feature and was well maintained. Good internet connection. Would definitely stay here again the next time in the area if it was available.

This is an amazing home. The location is a perfect jumping off point for adventures in the area. The home is lovely and comfortable. We loved the view from the sun porch and enjoyed the hot tub. We walked into Nelson from the house with no problem. We cannot recommend this home enough.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The furniture and decor is so cute and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oils, coffee and a welcome snack basket! The hot tub was lovey and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

We had a great time visiting Nelson, BC for a short time and the house was perfect for us and our needs. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus and we will definitely stay again!

Nelson vacation

Walking distance to the beach, this clean and well-appointed property was great for our family! The hot tub was a hit with the kids and we all enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Will definitely come again!

Amazing Property, highly recommend!

Such a nice, well equipped home! The space was clean and comfortable, we felt right at home, loved the hot tub (which was really clean as well) and truly enjoyed the little “extras”, including a cute basket of goodies that greeted us on our arrival. Check in and check out was so incredibly simple, they took care of everything! We loved our stay!

Loved the modernized home, hot tub drew us into booking. Loved the room sizes just too hot to get a comfortable sleep during a heat wave in bedrooms for myself. Slept on the couch with ac better though .. nice gas stove

Nice and quiet

This house is really nice and in a great location. The patio is cool and the fact that it has a hot tub on the patio is really convenient. Everything in the house worked and we had no problems.

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped home. The host was fantastic and super kind. The location is quiet yet close to lakeside park and great biking trails. The welcome basket of goodies was raided the moment we arrived and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Thanks for having us!
