This house was perfect for us! The AC was cool, the beds were comfy, there was a washer and dryer, and the water jug connecting to the fridge was so convenient and provided ICE! The property manager was quick to respond and everything was exactly as pictured. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Seabreeze. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the easy access to the water and sand bar right behind the house. Kids enjoyed finding star fish and watching the sting rays swim by. The house was comfortable for us and no issues. Perfect spot to watch the sunset!!

Phenomenal location, beautiful view!!!!! Having paddleboards and kayaks was fantastic- such a neat location with the sand bars right off the shoreline. Highly recommended house and location!

We recently stayed at this waterfront property and overall it delivered on what was promised. The home itself was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay.What truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely stunning. Waking up to the water each day was the highlight and made the experience feel special.That said, the road leading to the property is quite rough and a bit sketchy, especially if you’re arriving at night or in a standard rental car. We had a minivan and managed ok but just something to be aware of and plan for.All in all, if you’re looking for a place with an incredible waterfront setting and don’t mind a slightly adventurous drive to get there, it’s definitely worth it.

The location and having a pool, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful for the grand children. The house was clean, though could use a little updating. A new washer was delivered the day before we left. An instruction list wasn’t provided at our arrival which would be helpful for those not having cell signal.such as us to contact the property manager and password to joining WIFI. Some additional wash clothes and hand towels would be niceOverall, it is a beautiful place. We see stingrays, turtles and a nurse shark. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. Definitely would stay here again!

Seabreeze Lodge is an amazing property in one of the most amazing locations on Great Exuma, the Bonefish Flats. Michael has created a wonderful place to stay, play and relax. This home literally has it all! It is large enough for an entire family (kid friendly too, if you are traveling with your little ones!), he even has back-up appliances if things break down! The home has amazing views and gorgeous pool, kayaks, paddle boards a gas grill (that is sparkling clean, ready to use and has a FULL tank of propane, BONUS!). We visit Exuma often and there are so many 'little' things that often are overlooked by some hosts, like fresh water, Michael has his management staff ensure there is fresh water, that is connected through the refrigerator water line AND freezer for ice cubes! If you plan to cook, everything you need is there and ready to go! The linens are soft, the beds were uber comfortable and there are more than enough towels and hot water for everyone. Our crew will most definitely be back to stay at Seabreeze Lodge, Michael is a kind and gracious host who is wonderful and quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed, including an early check-in as well as a late check-out. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze lodge! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the grill also worked great! The view is INCREDIBLE…stunning, crystal clear blue waters! The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome. We took them to the sandbar just off shore and explored. Also took them all the way to the island in the distance across from the house at high tide and kayaked to the nearby blue hole as well. Joanes, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. The house has a few things that could be fixed/updated but it is priced accordingly and it did not negatively impact how much we enjoyed the property. As some other reviewers mentioned, the roads are very rough getting there but the minivan we rented handled it fine as long as we went very slow once off the main highway :). One other note, the laundry room is beneath the house and can only be accessed from outside…again, this did not negatively impact our stay but it did take us a minute to find it when we got there.

If you are looking for a place with beautiful views, you’ve found it here! Many beaches nearby & you can kayak right in front of your place! Joanas was awesome & a wealth of information for places to eat & things to do! Would highly recommend!!

No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend!

Incredible location

We had a great time at Seabreeze Lodge. Joanes the property manager was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. The outdoor space was very relaxing and had pretty much everything we needed. The view from the property is like no other. I highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Spot

What a spectacular spot to kayak, paddleboard, watch the sunset and then stars at night. We were even fortunate enough to see a spaceX launch from Florida and watch the rocket on its flight. Hanging out at the pool with friends after a day of beach hopping was phenomenal. We can't wait to come down for another visit.

The sheets were disgusting and filthy, washing machine and microwave were broken. The pool was filthy and the couch had sand all over it when we arrived. Zero water pressure. Had to ask for chairs for around the pool. No beach chairs. The patio was definitely no what was in the pictures. No dish towels or face towels. No hand soaps or dishwasher detergent. Had a full house generator that didn't work when the power went out twice. Not sure what happened to this place but we wont be back.

These sorts of reviews just hurt. The guest that arrived the same day Mr.Hale left could not confirm any of the experiences listed above. The Property manager Joanes, who has been a staple at this property. For over 10 years and has had prior experience to Mr.Hale who has visited the house on multiple occasions. Unfortunately all this guest does is find things to complain about. If any guest arrived to such “horrid” circumstances stated above I’d provide a full refund.

Great views and clean place

You can see by the pics you got a great view of the sand bar and the pool is great to relax in after a day in the salt water. Owner was responsive and helpful. Coral roads to enter the neighborhood are a bumpy but that’s just the way Exuma is when you turn off queens highway. Great spot.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby.

Paradise

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the deck and the pool was absolutely second to none. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and daily serenity and somewhere to stay where you don’t have to actually leave to go do anything this is the place. There is plenty to do on the island, but you’re going to need a rental car and the excursions aren’t cheap.

House in Paradise

The house was amazing! Perfect for our family & the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool was such an added bonus after a day in the ocean! We had such an amazing time in Exuma! Great Stay!

Had a great 6 night stay with my family. House is great, views are amazing and communication with both the owner and Property Manager Joanes was quick and easy. Speaking of Joanes, he is great and super helpful, helped set me up with boat operator for a day on the water seeing Iguanas, Pigs, Sharks and Thunderball Grotto which was a highlight. I told Joanes my only problem was that I want to explore more of the Bahamian Islands, but that I can't wait to have another stay at the house!
