Property was disgusting. Dirty rugs, bad smell, lightbulbs burnt out, freezer had sticky residue. Side of fridge was rusted, top of dryer was rusted. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work and was falling out of the ceiling, bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall, very hard to get the water to come on in the bathtub. Floors had a residue, we had to wear shoes the whole time. front door digital keypad did not work good at all. Took 5 minutes each time to lock and unlock. The only positive thing I can say is that it was in a good location, about a 4 minute walk to the beach. I have pictures if anyone would like to see the problems I have stated about the property…

Great location. Needs updated for the price but good overall. Lots of space and good parking. Not the cleanest. There were people there when we got there not sure if they were cleaners or the people who stayed previously
