Luxury waterfront living complete with newly renovated gourmet kitchen, 48” gas range, 48”subzero fridge, lake views from all principle rooms. Enjoy dining on large waterside deck, propane bbq, dock for your boat, waterside seating areas, great fishing out front, internet, central heating/air conditioning, electric fireplace, relax after a day on the water in the ensuite bath with large jetted tub, Pool table. Waterside fire pit. Wade in waterfront sandy bottom leading to large rocky area further past dock. Walk to town of Bobcaygeon for Tim Hortons, groceries, visit local shops, have an ice cream at Kawartha dairy, beer at local craft brewery, LCBO, Beer store. In the summer take the boat to the locks. Enjoy everything the Trent Servern waterway has to offer. Boat rentals available in town at Buckeye Sports. Watch the sailboats race Wednesday nights, enjoy concert at the Locks Thursday nights July and August. Karaoke, open mic night at Graz in town. Take time to enjoy life.
