Welcome to “Nice and Nauti”, a brand-new waterfront vacation rental in beautiful Surf City, NC! This stunning property offers breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, making it the perfect getaway for water enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

NEW for 2024: Nice and Nauti now offer an elevator for easy access to all floors!

Located conveniently near the heart of town, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The charming coastal theme sets the stage for a memorable and fun-filled vacation experience.

Nice and Nauti offer accommodations for up to 10 people. Bed sizes include a King, 1 queen, a twin XL/Queen Pyramid Bunk bed, a Twin Bed, and a twin Day Bed with a pop-out twin trundle. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens are INCLUDED with reservations at this property!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
