With a public beach access less than two blocks away, the soft sandy shores of Topsail Island are just a short stroll from your front door. You’ll also find convenient access to the Intracoastal Waterway right at the end of the street.

Designed with a reverse floor plan, the top level features an open Kitchen, Dining, and Family Room — the perfect gathering space for your group — along with one bedroom and a full bathroom. Step outside onto the front or back decks to enjoy sunrise over the ocean or sunset over the waterway.

The lower level includes three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, each bedroom with direct access to a deck and beautiful ocean views. Wake up and step right outside to feel the coastal breeze.
