Beautiful, comfortable décor sets just the right mood for relaxing during your mountain getaway. Whether you are simply looking to get away in the mountains or are planning a hiking or mountain biking trip, the 'Farm on Little Mountain' is the vacation home you'll want to return to year after year.

PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance policy fee ($59) is applied to each reservation. This is a dog-friendly home. A $100 pet fee (plus tax) will be applied to your reservation if you plan to bring a dog with you. Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Pet Addenda must be signed. Dog(s) must be house trained. Sorry, no cats or other household pets are allowed. Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement at the time of booking.

The house is spacious and the location is beautiful. However, there were aspects that were in disrepair, the coffee maker was broken, and basic things like bath soap were not provided, which we were aware of but adds a certain level of stress after travel to have to go shopping. There was also no closet with hangers available to hang clothing. Overall, the price is a little high for what you get.

Thank you for sharing about your stay, Tina. I am sorry to find out from your review that you encountered some issues with the coffee maker. We would have gladly brought you a new coffee maker had we known that it wasn't working during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not given an opportunity to address your concern. With regard to your comment about bath soap, each bathroom as well as the kitchen are equipped with hand soap. We clearly state in our guest instructions, which are sent 7 days prior to arrival that guests are responsible for their own toiletries. I am sorry that you missed that note as we send that in advance so our guests can be informed and properly prepared for their stay. In addition, every closet in the house has hangers and plenty of space to hang clothes, so I am not certain how come you didn't find them in the closets. Again, had we been made aware of any of these concerns during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Wishing you all the best in your future travels.
