Feels like home - feels comfy and host is very thoughtful

We stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The kids loved all the games available, including the shuffle puck table. the kitchen was easy to use and everything you would find in a modern kitchen including a crock pot. The whole home was clean and welcoming. The beds were clean and very comfortable for a restful night sleep. the host was attentive and available for requests or questions. Everything was labeled and clearing explained in a welcome email. Perfect for families with pets looking for a central place to stay while exploring the Asheville, NC area.

Perfect getaay with friends

Very comfortable place close to most activities in Ashville. It was located on a winding road, so it may be an issue in the winter, with ice and snow unless you have a vehicle that can handle these type of conditions. House was well appointed with everything you could need (including coffee/tea/olive oil!) and very comfortable. I would visit again.

Wonderful weekend stay!

We just returned from our weekend stay and it was everything we could have hoped for. The house was lovely, comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. We were visiting family so we did not get to spend as much time there as we would have liked, but we enjoyed it very much and would definitely return! It was raining during our stay so the two-car garage was a wonderful perk!Our host was very gracious and great about communicating all the information we needed. We had no problems at all but he let us know he was available if anything had come up.

Perfect Family Getaway!

What a nice, quiet, private getaway! We loved the fenced-in backyard and all the special touches to made us (and our dog) feel so welcome. The place had everything we needed and the host was very kind, responsive, and attentive. We visited Biltmore two days in a row, which was only a 15-minute drive away. We were also very close to the Carolina Avian Research Education center and wanted to visit but didn't have time. (We had been there before and highly recommend the tour!)I would definitely recommend this rental. It was comfy, spacious, extra-clean, and well maintained. We will stay at this property again if we have the opportunity. A big thank you to our wonderful host!

Fairview/Asheville Damily Holiday

Very pleased with the property although it is a bit off the beaten path. Only issue we had was with the steep stairs to the second floor living space which proved to be a minor challenge for my elderly father. (he was not expected to join us but changed his mind at the last minute). Otherwise the property was very comfortable and accomodating. Check in was easy. Minor issue with door lock that was more my issue from my traveling exhaustion. Overall very pleased and would recommend!
