Peaceful Garden Suite in Beautiful Lynn Valley

Relax in a peaceful suite surrounded by nature in the picturesque Lynn Valley neighborhood of North Vancouver. With a private entrance, a green patio, and a spacious interior, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains, forests, and attractions of Vancouver.

Welcome to a comfortable guest space located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of North Vancouver. It’s an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature while still having easy access to the city.

The suite offers about 1000 square feet of comfortable living space and has a private entrance from the garden, providing both privacy and convenience. Guests can enjoy a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.

There is also a private, intimate patio, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and a coffee machine, while the living room includes a 55” TV with access to popular streaming platforms, along with books and games. The bedroom has a 40” Smart TV, a large closet, and a safe. For additional comfort, we provide toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and a washer–dryer.

The property is located just minutes from Lynn Canyon Park, where you can explore beautiful forest trails, waterfalls, and the famous suspension bridge. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby mountains, Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour, which offer excellent skiing in winter and spectacular hiking and views in the summer.

Downtown Vancouver is approximately 25 minutes by car or about 50 minutes by public transit. Within a short walk, you’ll also find Lynn Valley Centre, with cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Guests have access to a private entrance, convenient self-check-in using a keypad, and one complimentary parking space in front of the house.

We live on the upper floor of the home, above the guest suite, and we have two friendly dogs. We do our best to keep the environment peaceful and comfortable for our guests, although occasional light sounds from upstairs may sometimes be heard. If you enjoy animals, you will likely feel very comfortable here. However, if even small sounds from above could be disturbing, we kindly ask that you consider this before booking.

Wonderful hospitality!

We were very pleased with this well appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We were greeted warmly by our hosts, who also provided much appreciated welcome treats. It was only a 18 minute drive to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. We wish we had more time to enjoy it and would definitely stay again.

Great location.

The location is exactly as described. We didn’t realize what a great area until we got there. Close to busses which is a huge help as parking can be a problem if you go out. Quiet neighborhood that is wonderful to walk around in. The owners live onsite but are respectful of privacy.

Beautiful suite

We had a warm welcome with a tour of the accommodations. They went above and beyond to really make it feel like a home rather than a hotel. There were snacks left out on the table for us, an assortment of hot sauces and spices, books, plenty of house pants and a nice covered area to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again.
