The property is as described. Pay attention to the pictures, there is no kitchen table or chairs. Despite this the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms making it very comfortable for each couple. Would stay her again!

Great house
The house was just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious. Location was perfect for entertainment and driving back and forth to the Grand Park complex. I would stay at the house again.

Nice location
Great location and great response for needs. Only complaint and not really a complaint not any wash cloths or cookie sheets. Will mark as a favorite!
Stay was good. Two things that were a little odd. No kitchen table to eat meals. Also, no Family room area to relax and watch TV. Only TV's were in the bedroom.
We stay for 5 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly like the listing shows. The only thing I wish was different is that there was more seating in the living room area. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. And by issue I mean that the smoke detector malfunction one evening and he was quick to respond and come by to check it out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in the Indy area.
Huge, spotless, modern bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Large, private property in a great location. However, there is little common space where guests can congregate. There is only a single two-seat sofa in a small foyer/living room. No dining or kitchen table. Photos show this so it wasn't a surprise.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Great; The rest not so much.
The great things: Three large bedroom with 3 full baths and a half bath were excellent. Newly remodeled kitchen.
The not-so good things: There is no table or chairs to eat. Nothing. No bar stools or counter or table or anything! Living area is tiny with no TV. Large TVs in each bedroom with limited access to local stations. Good wi-fi for streaming on personal computers.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
abhorrently inconvenient
Check-in was delayed by more than 4 to 5 hours as we never received the email that we paid for the property when we in fact had already booked the day before and been charged.
Two-night stay was confirmed via email, and a cleaning person came to the house and told us that we had to leave so that he could clean as nobody was listed to be there on the second day. I called the company over this listing and they had internal issues that caused confusion. We were outside the house yet again.. hours.. while we were credited some money, the experience was not enjoyable.
The house was beautifully remodeled. We may have been the first group to stay at the property. My comments are not criticism, but suggestions to make the property even better. I never heard back from the host, and never heard from them during the stay. That is abnormal, as most hosts are very interactive. A few suggestions: Leave directions for TV, and interior door locks. You can lock yourself out of your bedroom. There was no toaster and no can opener. A full size coffee maker would be nice. Also, there was no table in the kitchen area, which is the only common space. It was very odd not to have a table and chairs to sit down to eat or play cards, etc. We all had a very nice time though. The bathrooms were very nice. A whisk and rubber spatulas would also be helpful. Our guess is that the owner will continue to add items to the home. I would stay there again. Thank you.
