The location is fantastic. It's also great for 3 couples since there's a bedroom on each floor. The home needs a little maintenance attention. A few things are broken, the bottom floor bathroom the sink leaks, the rug in the 2nd floor bedroom is a tripping hazard. we never found the hot tub. the smoke detector was going off. the owner directed us to a ladder in the garage and we disconnected it.

This beautiful home is in the prefect location.

Located in the heart of the city, Kensington is a vibrant and lively place with dozens of great restaurants, bars, pubs and other eateries!

Within a 10 minute walk you will be at the monumental Peace bridge that leads right into the heart of downtown.

What makes this property unique

The Theme of this home is fun, yet relaxing. Every room has a different essence to it. from the basement with the games room and vintage popcorn machine, to the master bedroom with its all black walls and turfed roof top patio, which is has a spectacular downtown view.
