The Lake House - Beachfront w/ Hot tub available!

Welcome to our beloved lake-view cabin on the shore of Tanner Lake in Lake Mont Pines, where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the living room or while soaking in the large covered hot tub.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is a peaceful getaway, perfect for all ages. The cabin has a kitchen (no dishwasher), large dining table, outdoor shower, hot tub and patio furniture. We are just steps away from the sandy beach/recreation area with great visibility making it easy to watch the kids play from the comfort of the deck.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this cabin, no exceptions. There is a $200 additional fee for hot tub use, along with a liability waiver to be signed.

Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Where applicable, payment can be made by check. If payment is made by credit card, property managers will add a 2% credit card surcharge to the transaction when charging the card.

And it is not like any other rental. it has all these personal touches, decorations and so much more that show someone loves this home too! Its feels personal and I love this. Great place to get away

The house was a greatbplace to connect with family! Good for kids with a nice loft space with toys and TV. My 3yo loved the area and enjoyed the toys. There is also a playground really close and a nice trail around the lake. The views were very nice with an awesome hot tub and great lake views. I would definately stay here again!

Great stay at lake cabin in amazing location

Wonderful stay in Arnold with my family at this location right in the lake. Cabin is just as described and location couldn’t have been better. Communitcation with property manager was great although a little tricky at check in because I didn’t have any service. They were very responsive when I was able to get a hold of them though. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot

The house had everything a family could need. Super well kept, kitchen well stocked, hot tub was delightful. Only issue (and super minor) … the oven runs crazy hot. If you are baking something, keep the temp down and watch your food.

Perfect lake house for families

We had two families with 4 kids 2-7 yrs old and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a stunning location on the lake, hot tub, playroom for kids, and playground next door. Centrally located to nearby areas including snow activities in Bear Valley and caverns in Murphys. Appliances were a little old so be careful with the oven (runs VERY hot) and drier doesn’t work very well (had to run 4-5 times to dry a load). Look forward to staying again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at this lake house. The location is unmatched with a breathtaking view of the lake. It’s perfect for our families with young kids with play area upstairs, a hot tub, and playground right next door. The only downside is that the appliances are very old - the stove is not very functional and will burn your food, and the dryer is pretty frustrating - it takes 3 cycles to dry a small load so don’t plan to do laundry there. Nonetheless we look forward to our next visit!

Reviewer Comments: We've looked longingly at this property on our prior trips to Lake Mont Pines and couldn't believe it when we saw that it was available as a vacation rental. The location can't be beat - the short walk to the beach, plus the views from the deck, were an absolute dream. We will definitely stay here again. A few things to note:The good: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Also, the beds were very comfortable, the management company incredibly responsive, and the property was very clean. There were also plenty of toys, towels, life jackets and other beach gear - my small kids loved the house. The other stuff: As others mention, the oven burns everything, but the stove and grill are great - just plan to use those instead if you like to cook. The living room furniture isn't the best quality, but usable, and the glassware could stand to be refreshed. All minor issues that don't take away from the trip, just might be helpful to know for future guests.

Ideal Location in Lakemont Pines

Over 45 years, we have been guests in/renters of numerous properties in Lakemont Pines. The Lake House is well stocked and well maintained. The cabin is homey and comfortable for 8. The location, however, is what makes this an ideal location. It is adjacent to the beach and clubhouse. You are steps away from the beach and can come and go between cabin and beach easily. No more loading and unloading chairs, towels, shade structures, food, sand toys...and kids...in the parking lot. The location can't be beat for convenience and a thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

Great Lake House

The property management company was very responsive to the few things we needed to be addressed. My only thing we struggled with is there are no dressers in the bedrooms. We basically had to live out of our suitcases on the floor for the entire week. Although the rooms downstairs are on the smaller side there is still room for a small dresser. The Upstairs bedrooms definitely have room for dressers. Garbage service would be an added plus, it was difficult not having a recycling bin and only 1 small garbarge can. The deck is spacious but could use a little refresh.We had a wonderful time and will be booking again for next yeart,
