Nice, clean house that must have been redone very recently. Location worked out very well for our needs - near the airport and many good restaurants.

Property was in good condition inside. The backyard needed to be mowed - the grass was very high. The wrong code was given to get in the front door, so we had to wait for someone to call us so we could get in.

9/10 great property!Great house, excellent location in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Host was very helpful and we had no problems! Only lost a star because the listing says there is a king bed, and it is definitely a queen.

Great location

NiceProperty, great location. Some areas of opportunity are: 1) Better communication with the property manager and 2) blackouts in the two bedrooms looking at the street because the neighbors across the street have a flood light that keep turning on a lot of times during the night and the light gets in both bedrooms

6/10 Okay

rental house review

We arrived at 12:30 am and when we entered the house the AC was not turned on and the thermostat read 92 degrees. It took hours for the AC to cool down. Very frustrating. Other than that issue the house was very acceptable.
Response from VrboOwner on 25 Jun, 2025
From the owner: "Hi Clayton, thanks for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you found the house to be very acceptable. We instructed our housekeeper to keep the A/C on so that future guests won't experience this again. We are sorry you had difficulty with that, and we hope you enjoyed your stay overall."
