The private and tree lined property offers serenity and relaxation and is within a short ten minute car ride to the Village shops, marina, and the ski resorts for year round fun right at your fingertips.

Freshly painted and furnished with new waterproof hardwood floors you will love the open floor space where you can easily enjoy your cozy living room area with a comfy couch, flat-screen Streaming TV, and a cute dining table. The basic but efficiently stocked kitchen has all that you need for preparing your home-cooked meals or slope snacks for the group including cookware, utensils, and general appliances for your use. The comfortable bedroom and cute bathroom are made up for your visit with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels while a separate laundry room is on hand with a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended visits year round.

Cute location, but cleanliness lacked

The location was perfect, but the place lacked cleanliness. There was no pillowcase on one of the pillows, there was dirty laundry in the washer, and the floors were quite dirty. It seemed a bit unreasonable we had to drive the trash to another location, since there wasn’t a dumpster nearby and given the state of the property. Given how much we paid, we expected a little more time spent on cleaning.

Your concerns about the pillowcase, laundry, and floors have been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding trash disposal, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As there is no local trash pickup service, all guests are required to take their trash to a nearby disposal site. This policy is noted in the rental agreement, and we do our best to communicate it clearly prior to arrival. Needs to be better at cleaning the property

Bed sheets and blankets weren’t clean/washed. There was a dead fly on the pillow, there was hair, blood stain, torn sheets, stains all over the quilt blanket. Surfaces were dusty and was not wiped. I took a wet cloth to wipe down the surfaces (nightstands next to bed, living room area, kitchen table) it turned brown and dusty.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
