Welcome to Anchorage Bay River Cottages.
We have now for rent Anchorage Escape and Anchorage Cozy Cottage.
This unique property offers fantastic river views and a large waterfront.
Enjoy the morning sunrises while having your coffee on the large outside decks while watching the ships cruise past.
Take a walk down the sloped access to the river.
Jump in off the dock into a nice sandy river bottom.
Park your boat on the new dock.
Located 5 minutes west of Brockville in the 1000 Islands Area.
The space
The Anchorage "Escape" and the "Cozy Cottage" are our newly renovated cottages on the banks of the St. Lawrence River just 5 minutes west of Brockville Ontario.
It's located approximately 1 hour from Ottawa, 45 minutes east of Kingston, 2 hours from Montreal and 3 hours from Toronto.
Book your family/friends gatherings at this property that has 2 cottages on the same property.

Boat parking is available for two boats. New Kehoe docks just installed.
Don't forget your boat!
Take a leisurely boat ride up or down the river.
Catch some beautiful sights.
Boat to a restaurant and have dinner.
Directly across the river from the USA.
Brockville is just a 5 minute drive to all essential stores, restaurants, LCBO and historic downtown.

There are plenty of tourist attractions to see and do nearby.
Including the 1000 islands boat cruises and Boldt and Singer Castles.
You can also play golf, take a walk in the Brockville Railway Tunnel and the St. Lawrence Park or visit the Aquatarium at tall ships with the kids.

This unique property features 2 fully renovated cottages.

Enjoy family/friend reunions and each have your own cottage.
Pets are welcome.

Fenced in front yard so no worry with small children.

Drive right to the door.

Outdoor eating area with BBQ.

The "Escape" includes a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.
Two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, two night stands, dresser and smart TV.
Our maximum occupancy is 4. The mattress on each queen bed has a waterproof mattress cover.
The pillows are also waterproof protected.
Clean fresh sheets are supplied.
Bath & beach towels, hand towels and face clothes are also provided.
Well equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

No smoking or vaping in the cottages. If you choose to smoke outside do not leave cigarette buts on the property. Please use the supplied containers to but out.

Sit on the classic adirondack chairs and enjoy the evening at the outdoor firepit. Please bring your own wood.

The lighting of fireworks is FORBIDDEN at the cottage.

Waste Disposal is not available at this location. Please take all garbage and recycling with you when you depart. Brockville Waste Management is located at 1380 California Avenue for drop off.

Our cottages use well water.

The 2 cottages are on a holding tank. This needs to be pumped out when full.

Our cottage is located in a year round community of families.
No parties or loud music please.
A maximum of 4 guests is permitted for each cottage.
NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS.
