Walkable spot, accessible to tourist spots

This was a great and convenient location for a long weekend getaway to DC. Good for a small family or a couple of friends (might be tight for 2 couples though)

Great space - perfect for our needs

We rented this space for family that was visiting us over the holidays. Everything was as described and it is very convenient to our home, giving us a lot of time together. They found the space comfortable and suitable for their party of four adults. There was a little hiccup in communication with property management in the runup to check-in where we misunderstood each other regarding the additional rental agreement that they require. It was resolved timely and to everyone's satisfaction, so full credit to them for that! Would definitely rent again for family and recommend to others looking for space in the Mt Pleasant / Columbia Heights area.
