Top level reno. Kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. View from balcony outstanding. All tv's with basic cable. Beds and furniture comfortable. Only negative is no central air w AC in all but one bedroom. One bedroom has a mini split w cold air. Could be an issue in hot months, especially in wildfire season.
