This was by far the best location, and most beautifully unit we have had the pleasure and opportunity to stay in over the years. Outstanding views and supplied with every kind of thoughtful thing you could need for cooking and just general enjoyment. We saw so many whales just sitting on the deck watching the horizon . Amazing !!!!! 12/10 this is a must stay, we will be returning as often as possible .

This property is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a week long stay. The views from the property are amazing! We love the fact that you can see and hear the ocean from every room. The location is perfect for anything you may want to do on the north side of Kauai.

Condo was just as described on their website..actually probably nicer. Top notch in every area in this fine updated unit. Views were spectacular, and the sounds of the ocean day & night were great to hear... & relaxing. (At this time of the year at least: many white tailed topic birds were usually flying around...those with the thin white tail.) Excellent kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, and the shower arrangements worked well. With the breezes, ventilation from the many windows, and sometimes the overhead fans, we actually never feel too warm..so there wasn't a need for air conditioning. Princeville is an upscale, relatively large resort area, and this was a wonderful upscale unit. We very much enjoyed ourselves---and would certainly be happy to return.

This condo was great! Ocean views from both bedrooms plus beautiful views from the great room. Nicely appointed inside. Already planning next year’s vacation here!

Amazing view!

This might be my favorite VRBO condo and we have stayed in many. It’s well decorated, well supplied with kitchen utensils and beach needs, and has a gorgeous view from windows in every room except the bathrooms! We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The location is very convenient to the grocery store, as well as many beaches.

This place was perfect!!! The views are absolutely amazing! The location was very convenient, to everything we wanted to do. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a week on the north shore. We will definitely be booking this condo for our next visit to Kaua’i!

This is a very nice and well-appointed condo in Ali'i Kai with a great view of the ocean. If one is looking for a place in Princeville, this is an excellent spot.

Excellent location and beautiful views!

We stayed in this property for 9 nights and loved it! Very clean with everything you’d need for beaching, snorkeling, etc. Magnificent views and even a trail below to the water (not for the faint of heart but worth it). Close to Princeville Foodland and Hanalei Village. We went all over the island, and the north shore was by far our favorite area. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful property with a gorgeous view. Very modern facilities throughout the condo. Sleep at night and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Everything you could possibly need for a great time in Hawaii. I would highly recommend.

Incredible Views

We are a group of 4 female cousins. The property was everything promised. Anything we needed was at our fingertips. Very relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the ocean! We are already making plans to come back!

Excellent condo/great location

Everything about the condo appeared new and well maintained. Great view and wonderful to hear the waves below. Suggestion regarding directions: Add that the condo is accessed at the far end walkway of building #4. There are 3 or 4 walkways into the building.

Glorious views and tremendous waves while we were there! Watched whales almost every day and several rainbows too ! It was a bit more stair climbing than we thought, should state in listing that you have two flights of stairs to get in and out ? Unit was comfortable with a lot of supplies to be used . Very nice stay !

Oour best Princeville Condos

This is a very good condo with great view of the ocean and numerous sightings of whales. Wish neighbor did not play music during the day. We have rented at least 10 condos and houses in Princeville over the years and this one is in the top 2. Need to fix spring on dishwasher door. Very quick response when we needed help with dishwasher. Everything else was very good including well equipped kitchen since we make most of our meals. Would love to come back some day. W. and K. This unit goes above and beyond

I have traveled and rented all sorts of vacation rentals. I am someone who likes to cook while traveling. This unit provided almost every household tool possible. On top of the incredible view, beautiful decor, cleanliness, all upgraded appliances...they don't miss a beat in this unit. The bedding , shower amenities, decor, all the things to accommodate you at the beach, even having a stick of butter and Saran Wrap! It is all very appreciated because not many owners set up their vacation rentals in this manner. You don't have to bring anything from home with this unit. Thank you so much and I hope others realize that this isn't common practice and this unit sets the perfect tone for how a VRBO should be maintained!

Good, but....

The good...The view is unbeatable. The condo is very nicely appointed. The cross breeze is constant, thankfully. The bad...THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. It says that in the description, way down at the bottom in the comments about the pool. I missed it. It was extremely hot, which was torture for my wife who has health issues. If you don't have a high tolerance for heat I would look elsewhere. The management company acknowledged that it was easy to miss the part about no a/c, but refused to do anything about it, forcing me to rent a small portable a/c unit and create a very imperfect solution. We left a day early due to the conditions. What a disappointment.

Beautiful view of the open ocean, very disappointed with the circumstances.

We are 3 peat customers with going to princeville and returning to work with these managers. (They are so kind and wonderful people). When we researched and became knowledgeable on all our options to take my parents of 75 years on a dream vacation we went with this condo. We splurged and saved and spent more than we ever would on ourselves because it looked to be dreamy and everything we knew about it was going to be exactly what we hoped. Upon arriving we were greeted with a chain of stenchy cigarette smoke that filled the entire condo on the top floor. The condo was hot and naturally you’d open the windows to let in the Hawaiian fresh air. We did this and had to immediately re shut the windows as it was as if living in an ash tray. I then stepped out on the balcony showing my parents the place we would be enjoying together and we all had to go back inside. The cigarette smoke from the tenant below was like being in a hotbox of cigarette smoke. I was so sad. I felt very un welcomed, very disappointed and very heartbroken that I made a mistake. WE went to bed trying to sleep that night only to be woken up to coughing by me and my mom as the cigarette smoke filled our condo. We were given a very specific set of rules for the condo (like don’t use the washer before 9 am, don’t make noise before or after 9, close all windows when you leave) and we abided and respected these rules and yet a tennant below was puffing cigarette smoke through our windows and onto our balcony and no matter what we tried we were inhaling it. So the 2nd day came and once again it was a repeat of the 1st day causing us to leave as soon as we could and come back as late as we could not enjoying the view or condo that we had payed for. We finally reached out to the managers and we contacted the maintenance man who came by and told us he talked to the gentleman to try and lay off the cigarette but it was just something I feel should have been disclosed about this condo on the website. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke then it’s ok. However having no idea that would be the case because it’s not allowed in the condo we rented seemed very wrong to me. The managers gave us options on the 4th day of stay to move (as they were trying to come up with a solution) but by that time we had 3 days left and the new view was not the same and I didn’t want to move my elderly parents. So all in all if you can handle cigarette smoke for 7 days then this is perfect. Situation very sad😢

Beautiful!

This property is beautiful. We were there only a few days but enjoyed every minute of it. The views are breathtaking! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The communication was fabulous with the management group. They even provided a list of places to eat. We will definitely go back!

Condo with a Panoramic View of the Ocean

This condo has been renovated since my previous stays and it done very nicely. The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally redone and are very lovely. The view is the most fantastic feature. You have a view from very window. We were unable to get the TVs in the bedrooms to work and contacted the owners on 2 occasions. They responded to our queries very quickly. Someone came to check them out and they were not hooked up to cable, so we were unable to use them. We found that it wasn’t a factor that hampered our enjoyment in our stay. My one recommendation to the owners would be to include a small ice chest to take to the beach with a secure lid and handle. There’s a large ice chest, but when only packing a few items to the beach, etc., a small one would be nice. The condo on the whole is very well appointed with all you need. Thanks to the owners for all that they have done to make your vacation comfortable and pleasant.
