• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Thoughtfully designed to maximize its unmatched ocean vistas, this home offers a spacious layout, modern amenities, and an inviting ambiance, perfect for a serene escape with family and friends.

Home Features:
• Enjoy unobstructed coastline views from the living room, master suite, and second bedroom.
• Master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and adjoining bath
• Master bath with a beautiful step in shower and private balcony.
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and also enjoys great ocean views.
• Please note the second bedroom is lofted over the living room and has an open (no glass) alcove window that looks down into the living room and downstairs areas
• Third bedroom has a full bed
• Please note the second and third bedrooms share a skylight, and there is a small gap at the top of the wall between the two bedrooms- they are not sound proof.
• Full bath with a combination shower/tub off the upstairs hallway shared by the 2 bedrooms.
• Living room with flat screen tv, dvd player, and the best views of any home in the area.
• Half bath downstairs off living room.
• Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals.
• Front balcony with a BBQ .
• Wifi throughout the home.
• Full sized washer and dryer available for guest use in garage.

Please note: this home has two flights of stairs outside to the front door plus an inside flight of stairs to the upstairs level and may not be a good fit for those with mobility issues

Nicely equipped house. A floor-plan would be helpful for future guests. One of my Cousins who was traveling with me is older and has difficulty navigating multiple staircases. I ended up giving him the primary suite (which I was hoping to occupy) as it was one flight of stairs closer to the main rooms. Views were stunning, location easy to find. I really appreciated the garage as I was piloting my new Porsche.

The place was very clean, easy access and off street parking. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and it was close to restaurants and the beach. The drive to the house was steep with sharp turns and could be a problem with rain. One of the bedrooms is open to the living room so it is limited privacy. Otherwise we recommend it.

My family enjoyed the Christmas holiday in Morro Bay. Nice views from almost all rooms. A lot of stairs so keep that in mind. Would definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a great view this is a good spot. Downsides the beds are so uncomfortable one of us had to sleep on the couch (like concrete) Be prepared for stairs!
