This holiday home features an infinity pool with views of rural and sea landscapes, just a short walk from the beach. The open floor plan includes a Hamptons-inspired kitchen, spacious living and dining areas with a wood fire, and a multi-purpose room. Outdoor spaces offer a pool, expansive lawns, gardens, fire pit, alfresco dining with a pizza oven, and protected lounges.

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a master suite with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, the home comfortably accommodates families. Additional features include ample parking, a mud-laundry room, security system, split heating-cooling, and a separate powder room for upstairs bedrooms.


It sleeps up to 10 guests, 6 adults and 4 children; linen is included; bring your pool-beach towels.

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite, walk-in robe, garden view, study nook, located on the lower level.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.

Both living areas have a wood fire, and the home has seven reverse-cycle heating-cooling systems.

The house itself was good. Great bbq and deck, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and laundry and good layout for an extended family stay. However we were frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience for several reasons: - internet did not work; kitchen/dining room supplies were minimal (only 1 small salad bowl and 1 set of salad servers and no other serving dishes, a total of 3 cereal bowls and 2 soup bowls, only 4 wine glasses for a house meant to cater for 8 people); the dishwasher stank when I first opened it. I cleaned out rotting food scraps from the bottom and filter before using it. I had to ask for a top up of the 2 dishwasher tablets provided and bought a dish scrubber and rubber gloves myself. The garden was uncared for, full of weeds and half dead. There were leaves everywhere and grass cuttings left in the grass which also looked half dead. Windows were very dirty. 3 door handles were broken and the broken main bedroom door meant that if it closed with no one inside there is no way of getting back in. The upstairs toilet door does not close. All of the above were relatively minor issues but most disappointingly the pool was unusable. It was dirty when we arrived and the water was green within 2 days. When a pool man arrived on day 4 of our stay he said it had not been cleaned for months, treated it with a double dose of chlorine and told us not to swim in it for another 2 days by which time our 2 young grandchildren had left. Not returning.
