We are offering our personal vacation home for rent in West Florida freshly renovated and lovingly maintained for rental.This includes high-speed Internet, unlimited Can/USA phone, electricity, water and other amenities. Overall 1500square ft. This beautiful little home includes two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an atrium/office, living room, dining room and kitchen. Outside, there's a covered area with a sitting area, BBQ and dining table. Dishwasher, washer & dryer included. The house is located in Beacon Woods 34667 This is a restricted/HOA community with an 18-hole golf course less than a 2-minute walk away! Security patrols the entire community daily. Nearest beaches are SunWest Beach Park 10 minutes away, Pine Island 20 minutes, Fred Howard Park 25 minutes and Clearwater only 45 minutes.
