Sitting across the street from a public park and a sandy beach beyond, sunny weather is easy to enjoy. You can walk to the store for groceries or drive a short ways to a variety of restaurants and attractions.

The condo has a luxurious atmosphere with high-end furniture and bright lighting. The main room features a living area with plush red couches, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player (cable and WiFi included), and a dining table in the corner with seats for six.

Cook whatever you like in the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials you're used to including extras like a blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and dishwasher.

Outside, you'll find a balcony for getting fresh air and sunshine, lounge chairs by the shared pool, and a short path to reach the beach across the street.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this condo will comfortably sleep up to six travelers. One bedroom is fitted with two twin beds, and two other rooms both offer a queen bed with flatscreen TVs. In the master bathroom, there's a walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking tub. A private washer/dryer is available for any laundry you may have.

This condo is ideal for families and couples - take children to the Ostego Bay Marine Science Center to check out dolphins, stingrays, and touch curious creatures in the tide pools. You might pack a picnic and go for a stroll at Lovers Key State Park, or head into downtown Fort Myers for a day of shopping and dancing at nightclubs.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
