Built over two levels, the ground level holds the following:

- Bathroom – Bath & shower with separate toilet
- Laundry – Washing Machine, & Clothesline

The second level holds the following:
- Kitchen – Cook Top and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking.
- Living Room – TV and Couch
- Dining Room - Dining Setting for up to 6 Guests. (extra seating available)
- Balcony - Outdoor Furniture & Gas Weber BBQ.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 27th December 2024 to the 17th January 2025, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 1 – Friday 27th December to Friday 3rd January
o Week 2 – Friday 3rd January to Friday 10th January
o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January

If you are looking for a shorter stay period within these dates (min 4 nights), please email your request directly to for consideration.
