Lovely 2 bed, 2 full bath ground floor condo in Collingwood (Cranberry Village).

This unit features a bright and cozy living room with a 55" smart TV mounted over the gas fireplace.
Large windows and sliding patio door allow lots of light, a walk-out private patio with BBQ included.

Stainless steel kitchen appliances include: brand new fridge (2023), stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Pull out cabinet drawers give lots of room for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Laundry room has full sized, stainless steel washer and dryer, with plenty of shelves for pantry and dry storage.

Spacious primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, a 50" smart TV, and a large walk-through closet to the 4-piece ensuite.
The second bedroom has a double bed, and a designated working area with office desk. The second 3-pc bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom.
Bedding and towels are provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms.

You will have a designated parking space, with access to ample visitors parking. The attached outdoor storage closet is perfect for housing skis and snowboards.

The unit is located minutes from grocery stores and liquor store, downtown Collingwood, Blue Mountain Village, and other private ski clubs.
