Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and all the major events the valley of the sun has to offer. You will find a sparkling pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Around the pool are BBQ's to use and a gym located in the clubhouse. This is a rare unit that offers a GARAGE w/ automatic opener!
2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom and a tub/shower combo. All located on the 1st floor of a 2 story building with NO STAIRS. The master bedroom has a KING bed and television. Mountainside Fitness across the street for anyone that needs a workout.

Thanks for the feedback. We were happy to be able to solve the HVAC issue. Was a brand new HVAC unit so just needed some tweaking by the HVAC installers. The owner has addressed all issues and have made some upgrades, including a bathroom renovation. We hope we can earn the 5 stars on your next visit.
