The second bedroom offers two long single beds, and the expansive air-conditioned rectangular room has a conversation area at one end and a dining setting at the other. The entertainment/lounge room has a 55” TV and comfortable lounge seating for 4 to 5 people, and a curated bookcase for the occasional literary escape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and four plate cooktop. A new pod-type coffee machine, electric kettle and four slice toaster is there as well. The small bathroom features a new toilet and a generous shower. There is also a new washing machine which doubles as a dryer in a separate area. Off the kitchen there is a small grassy backyard with seating for 4-5 people. There is off-street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking surrounding the address.

The house was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the air conditioning both in the living area and especially in the bedroom as it was very hot during our stay. It is a good location to stay at during the festival, although the walk into town was around 15mins and in the extreme heat we opted to drive. At might during the festival you can hear music until around 1am and also the coffee shop next door opens at 7am so a bit hard to sleep in.

This property was very cute and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay. Easy walk. Used our bike. Nice and safe back yard for our pooch. Very comfortable bed. Historical. Thoroughly recommended.
We stayed here in this little unit , I knew it was small by photo's , But I didn't know and there was no mention of the floor boards in the kitchen , They were very unsafe , cracks and gaps in between the boards , that bad that every time you walked on them you felt you would go through them. They actually need to be fixed before next people go in. Bathroom sink was so small and hit my head on cupboard above trying to rinse my teeth , ended up brushing my teeth in kitchen sink Also no mention of the Early start of the shop next door , Very ,Very ,noisy from very early in the morning , couldn't sleep in at all . I also think with the price of which this unit cost there should be a designated park out the front as the shop next door clients took up all the parks and we had to park way down the street .It was clean , But way not up to standard of the price charged
