Great visit!

Owner’s communication and responsiveness were excellent. One suggestion - A small table with regular chairs would work better (more comfortable) than the hi-top and stools.

Great location, The only suggestion I have would is to check the dishes in the cupboard. We found a dirty coffee cup the first morning. Other than that our stay was lovely! The sheets on the king bed were fantastic!

Bathrooms weren’t clean, king size beds were lacking in pillows and linens, items that were said to be available weren’t there such as parking pass and comp gift card. No one cares about the gift card but if you go as far as to have a sign out to welcome the tenant saying please enjoy the free gift card and there is none. It looks bad badly on you. The kitchen lacked necessities and appliances were dirty. There were no trash bags available for trash and the kitchen trashcan was very small. Back porch was obviously dirty and swept. The unit smelled like smoke and we had to leave the doors open the majority of our stay not to mention the sliding glass door was broken and unable to lock and we were on a main floor. there were stains on the living room rug.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry the cleanliness of the unit did not meet expectations, and this has been addressed directly with our cleaning partner to ensure bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas are properly attended to going forward. The sliding glass door issue was the first we've heard of, and we'll be confirming and repairing it as soon as we're able to get into the condo. As for the parking pass, it was in place during the stay, and the signage mentioning a gift card was put out mistakenly by a cleaning provider who was unaware it hadn't been offered in some time, so that has since been corrected. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will continue working to make sure every guest has a comfortable, well-prepared stay.

Golfing and Relaxing

Accommodation was good. Some Towels a little cheap or worn. Believe the water heater is leaking because the carpet is wet in front of that area. We would book again.

Very pleasant

The condo was very nice, beds and furniture comfortable, and all other necessities. We are not familiar with streaming and were unable to use television which was a little frustrating. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Disappointing

While the condo itself was ok, very peaceful & quiet, getting on to a beach on Pawleys island in July appeared impossible. No parking, public beach access parking spots too narrow for a car. If you’re there to golf, good location. If you have any interest in going to the beach in season, I’d recommend something with direct beach access or closer to the beach.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2025
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Aug, 2025
From the Owner: "Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the beach access and parking in Pawleys. That’s, unfortunately, the nature of summer here between June and Labor Day weekend. If you choose to come back, I’d be happy to point you toward some nearby beaches that might be more suitable. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the beach situation."

True Blue

We loved the place and location on the golf course. There was a problem with the tub in the bathroom near the extra bedroom. The tub would not drain properly which caused the inside plastic curtain to be dirty

True Blue Pinehurst

We were told we could enter unit at 2:00. However cleaning crew was there and continued to work for another 30 minutes. Towels were scarce and old. No hand towels in unit and one bath towel for each person(4). I left a pair of white slacks there and contacted cleaning supervisor. No response. Other than these issues we enjoyed our stay.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2024
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Aug, 2024
From the owner: "Thank you for your stay and your feedback. I can certainly try to locate your slacks. I'm sorry you haven't heard anything back yet. I'm confused about the bath towel situation. Last time I was in the unit there were at least two sets each. If they weren't in the dryer our cleaning supervisor may have taken some out of there to clean them, especially if there was a tight turn upon arrival."

The property harks back to the 70’s in decor. The Golden Girls era. Nothing has been updated. The carpet was FILTHY! Even a shampoo would have made the carpet better. Obviously, no one is taking a good look at maintenance issues. Slats on the blinds in the LR and Master were missing, the night stands and furniture in the living room were either severely scratched with paint missing or the particle board was coming through. There was a roach in the Master bath that popped up while in the shower. The lights over the MB mirror were missing or out, the bathroom rugs were thread bare. This ENTIRE condo needs a serious refresh/update!The only good thing was it was convenient for everywhere we needed to go. Otherwise, it was not worth it!
