We had such a wonderful stay! The house was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic and made everything so convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal and unique house in a great location. It’s very close to the shore so it is an easy walk to beaches and trails along the coast. Also very convenient to shops and restaurants, and an easy bike ride to Monterey. Checking in was easy and the house was spotless and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this property! The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants, shops, and the aquarium. Everything was very clean. A pack and play was provided which was super helpful since we did not have space to pack one in our car. The dishwasher detergent drawer did not fully close, but other than that everything in the house worked perfectly. Lots of books, games, and puzzles for entertainment. I did not bring books to read to my kids, but the classic Winnie the Pooh book was on the shelf and it ended up being a big hit.

One block from Asilomar State Beach, or walk the other direction to play golf at Pacific Grove Golf course. Location is quiet, private, and excellently located. Few small glitches let you know it's a rental property: yard is overgrown, downstairs toilet wobbles, kitchen faucet wobbles, stove has 2 burners that require manual lighting (pilot does not work). No bathtub, only showers. Beyond those minor things, the home feels secure, is charming and comfortable, and has most everything you need. Was welcomed with wine and cheese, a nice touch from the hosts. Beautiful historic home restored with attention to detail, but needing some light maintenance/repairs.

Very nice home for family event

My family spent a weekend here for a 50's birthday celebration and it was perfect. Close to the beach and downtown Pacific Grove. Comfy bedrooms and wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed the interesting decorative touches and appreciated the dog friendly yard.
