Barwon River retreat

This large, spacious and sleek home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your family vacation unforgettable.
In addition to its modern features and high-end design, you'll be delighted to find that it also boasts a private heated pool (heated Oct-April only).
You're going to love it here! There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy themselves. You'll find all the creature comforts you need, along with books and games to keep everyone entertained.

The home boasts 5 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests.
A Master bedroom with a private ensuite, 3 large bedrooms and a bunkroom that can sleep up to 5 guests.
The outdoor area has a heated pool (heated only from Oct - April, please note it is not heated in the cooler months) , outdoor shower, Trampoline and BBQ area.

***Please note that all linen and towels are included ****

Guests do not have access to the garage.

I will be available via the phone or booking site

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

The house was wonderful and certainly suited our needs. However on arrival fridge had been leaking, laundry door open, bbq was dirty, and fridge next to bbq dirty and mouldy and therefore not used during our stay. The 3 garbage bins were still pretty much full to the brim and not been put out for collection by previous guests.

Great house , great location. Very clean and tidy. loved the sound proof playroom with lots of toys for our grand kids to play with. Would stay here again. However when listed with a heated pool that pool should be heated.I paid extra for the pool compared to other houses in the area. They did try and fix it over the weekend but i believe it should have been checked prior to us arriving Also had a chef come in and cook dinner for us but there wasn't enough wine glasses for us all. When renting with bedding for 12 people there should be 12 matching glassware
